What do you like best about Mural?

Mural is incredibly useful as a blank canvas for developing ideas from scratch. I love how it lets the team provide feedback simultaneously, how versatile it is as an idea board, and how it helps us map an entire process like a flowchart and then adjust it to suit our needs. What do you dislike about Mural?

Mural is the most versatile visual communication tool I’ve used. I haven’t had any issues with it; on the contrary, it helps solve many of our problems. It fits naturally into our daily work and is just as useful for personal projects as it is for small groups and large teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use it to develop our roadmap, run workshops, and brainstorm ideas. It’s so easy to use that almost everyone can get the hang of it within minutes. The real-time updates from other users make it incredibly convenient during group video calls. It’s genuinely rewarding to collaborate with colleagues this way, especially since many of the apps we use every day are designed primarily for individual users.
