What do you like best about Mural?

I like that we can build a complete project by bringing together everyone’s ideas. We can work simultaneously, which makes the whole process feel genuinely efficient for both organization and creation. I also love the built-in templates, how easy it is to use, and the well-organized structure. Above all, the AI features help surface ideas and perspectives that neither I nor my team had considered. What do you dislike about Mural?

Its interactivity and immediacy are its biggest advantages. I find it easy to use, the technical support is quick to respond, and overall it’s a very practical tool. I was pleasantly surprised by how simple and efficient it is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use it for all our remote workshops with clients, and also for our own internal work. It lets us take notes and link dependencies, so that even at a glance I can understand the complexity of my project. We can also vote and see who voted, download boards directly into Microsoft Office-type files, change the colors and sizes of sticky notes, and much more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
