What do you like best about Multitudes?

Multitudes has been invaluable for me as a tech lead to keep an eye on software team health. Its dashboard and summaries make it so easy to spot potential issues and drill down into their causes, and its weekly roundup email is the first thing I go to on Monday mornings. It was instrumental in us hitting a major team goal of shipping code faster - we could see precisely where the blockages were, what points in our process were slowing us down, and made it simple to work out the changes we needed to implement. It also has a very warm, human-centric approach, which is a much appreciated change from other tools in this space! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Multitudes?

Motivating busy devs to use yet another tool is always a challenge; but it's not actually a requirement of Multitudes if you're using it as a tech lead and are doing the analysis yourself Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Multitudes solving and how is that benefiting you?

1. Helps us speed up our shipping by finding and unblocking slower areas of our dev pipeline, through getting insights into how our devs are interacting with our processes, as individuals and as part of the team.

2. We can pinpoint areas that could have gone better in a project and use this as concrete talking points in retrospectives, leading to more confidence in experiments and changes that we're implementing.

3. It makes it very easy to summarise team health and report up to leaders, massively saving me time to focus on other parts of my role as tech lead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
