I find that the portal could use some improvements, although it is not urgent. In 2025, not having an app is noticeable gap, Many tasks would be much easier and quicker on mobile. Also Login process feels fustrating, sso doesn't work for me, Need to type email and password, then OTP. For a tool used regularly this becomes inconvenient. What I appreciate most about Multiplier is their support team. They are always very accommodating. For example, I recently needed to request a wet-signed copy of my COE and company ID, as these were required for my housing loan application. Christopher was extremely helpful throughout the process. It would be helpful if this feature were integrated into the portal, so that chat history could be kept in one place. I had a query about updating retrials information in which one information was missed to be updated post exit.

My case was handled by Rohini. She was very prompt in first updating me about timeline in which it will be fixed. Then, issue is fixed within 2 workings days which was really commendable. This quick support enabled me to proceed further on my next task quickly.

Our contract with multiplier ended 6 month before but response from multiplier is as prompt as when we had contract.
