What do you like best about MultiMerch?

The most helpful thing about Multimerch in our business is that it has Dashboard which shows all the analytics, which helps in figuring out our Earnings in our organization, total orders, and our top-selling products. It helps us in generating invoices for our clients. The platform is great with no bugs and great performance. It is easy to use and customer support is impressive. What do you dislike about MultiMerch?

Nothing is missing from this product. Everything is working fine. Nothing to be changed in the product. I have used it for 3 Years now, but till now I haven't faced any problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MultiMerch solving and how is that benefiting you?

The business problem our organization is solving with Multimerch is managing our customer's orders. The benefit is that it has integrated payment between buyers and sellers which helps us in a better payment cycle. Buyers can message us privately because of Multimerch which is great for us because we can get customer feedback and some suggestion. There are some customers from some other region so at that time Multimerch helps in translating their language which make easy to communicate with our customers.
