Through Multichannel Ecommerce Platform, I am able to manage inventory, advertise products and even manage video with shopppable content on marketplaces, social media networks, and our website. The data is isolated by the channel, so it is challenging to get the general idea of customer behaviour and identiy tendencies in one or another platform.
