What do you like best about MuleSoft Anypoint Platform?

Ease of use and strong integration capabilities are the main highlights for me. MuleSoft Vibes integration makes API development much easier and has reduced overall development effort. Automated MUnit test cases have also improved API testing capabilities. MuleSoft integrates well with Salesforce and other web-based technologies. On top of that, the detailed documentation and the active developer community help developers resolve blockers more quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MuleSoft Anypoint Platform?

I haven’t observed any issues so far. The only suggestion I have is that, for small-scale organizations, the licensing cost may feel more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MuleSoft Anypoint Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have used MuleSoft Anypoint Platform to modernize our existing legacy CRM systems. MuleSoft provides seamless connectivity with Salesforce, Siebel, SAP, Snowflake, etc. We have successfully been able to replace our legacy API technology with MuleSoft, and we’ve achieved over 40% productivity along with improved response time.
