What do you like best about MSG91 WhatsApp Engagement Platform?

They bill messages at Meta’s original pricing with no added margin, and for international routes they even charge less than Meta—which has saved us a lot. The auto-retry feature ensures delivery, the AI chatbot handles customer queries smoothly, and the opt-out option helped keep our number safe from being flagged. What problems is MSG91 WhatsApp Engagement Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were missing leads earlier because replies were slow and many messages didn’t go through. After using MSG91, the AI chatbot now handles most customer queries instantly, and the auto-retry makes sure our messages are actually delivered. Sending bulk WhatsApp updates and payment links has also helped us convert more enquiries into real sales, and the Meta-based pricing makes it affordable to keep using at scale.
