What do you like best about MRXplorer?

The depth of experience in working in multiple roles across the industry means that MRXplorer understands the needs of the client and can find affordable, easy to implement solutions tailored to every need. It's not a one-size fits all approach but rather smartly tailored support to meet the needs of the end user. And even better, it's just about handing over a report, but rather about educating the client so that they can better understand the ins and outs of research and how to strategically leverage projects into a holistic end result. What do you dislike about MRXplorer?

Be honest with your abilities and comfort when it comes to running research, building a vision for leveraging insights, and your familiarity with various AI/tech solutions. It's totally fine to admit that you have weaknesses or don't know something, and the more honest and straightforward you are, the easier it will be for MRXplorer to tailor a project to meet your needs. MRXplorer is happy to give you as much training and education as you need to be successful, and can tailor projects to be as hands on or off as clients desire, but it starts with an honest assessment of the client's abilities. What problems is MRXplorer solving and how is that benefiting you?

MRXplorer solves two related but different problems. The first is the lack of an honest, neutral party to review the mass of AI-powered products on the market and to give an impartial evaluation. Users of all sizes are overwhelmed by the number of solutions available, and MRXplorer offers a fair review of every product along with recommendations on how to get the most out of each platform.

But then MRXplorer goes beyond the normal work of a freelance market researcher to set clients up for long-term success. Instead of simply executing one off projects, MRXplorer helps clients understand why they are doing research and to define clear objectives along with building a plan for affordably executing research. MRXplorer then helps to not only guide their clients through projects, but also provides training so that clients can run projects on their own and, just as importantly, understand what they are doing. MRXplorer can step in to help set up projects, serve as a project manager, assist with analytics and understanding the strategic meaning of research, but does so in a manner that helps clients find a balance between DIY and constantly needing external help. It's a balanced, educational approach that provides greater value than pure consulting while ensuring a stable, affordable, long-term solution perfect for smaller companies lacking their own in-house teams or occasionally needing additional support.
