"Verdantis Takes the Heavy Lifting Out of Plant Equipment Data Management"
4.5/5
What do you like best about MRO360?

Verdantis' managed services and data team take the heavy lifting completely off our plant engineers. Rather than forcing our internal teams to manually catalog parts or build taxonomy rules, Verdantis cleanses, structures, and enriches complex plant equipment data directly. Their domain experts actually understand process manufacturing gear, which means our plant staff spends far less time correcting bad descriptions or chasing down manufacturer part numbers. The ROI is strong, primarily driven by downtime prevention and optimized inventory carrying costs. For a high-volume chemical plant, the cost of a single extended outage caused by missing or miscataloged spare parts far exceeds the annual cost of MRO360. While implementation requires upfront technical alignment, the solution pays for itself quickly by eliminating duplicate procurement and cutting excess safety stock across our facilities. What do you dislike about MRO360?

The initial onboarding with Verdantis involved quite a bit of back-and-forth to align on how our plant-specific chemical processing attributes should be categorized. Standard MRO items went through smoothly, but our specialized equipment components required a few additional review cycles with the Verdantis delivery team before the taxonomy was fully finalized and locked in.
