What do you like best about MRG Assessments?

Both the LEA and IDI are incredibly robust, validated instruments which is important to our audience. Their starting point is also incredibly powerful - that there isn't an 'ideal' leader profile but rather having greater awareness lets you be more intentional about how certain behaviors serve you or may get in the way. What do you dislike about MRG Assessments?

What problems is MRG Assessments solving and how is that benefiting you?

MRG provides both programmatic and one of leadership development support, helping leaders across our field deeply understand how they are experienced by others, how that compares to their own perception and motivations, and make choices about what they may want to shift and/or leverage further.
