What do you like best about MPN ECLIPSE?
Ease of use. Solid format. When have service can call and receive help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about MPN ECLIPSE?
Not user friendly for some simple task like can't do searches easily. Limited on reports. Doesn't have like a simple flow chart for how to streamline daily, weekly, monthly task. You can't down size/ go down to a lower level if you upgrade. So can't use system as you slow down in business. So many steps to send out electronic claims.
