**What do you like best about Mouseflow?**

This tool helps us uncover actionable behavioral insights, such as user engagement and user flows, which in turn help us make pivotal decisions and build a better user experience.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

The main issue I’ve noticed is the session replay option. Sometimes the replay isn’t clear, and it ends halfway through. On top of that, some sessions don’t get tracked at all, so we have to rely on another platform to fill in the gaps.

**What problems is Mouseflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use different landing pages for our campaigns, and with Mouseflow we can see where most users click, how far they scroll, and how they interact with forms and other elements. This helps us tweak and adjust the content or design so we can give users more of what they’re looking for.

We have been using this tool for more than 5 years and it fulfils what we want most from the tool.

**What do you like best about Mouseflow?**

Mouseflow provides incredible insight into user behavior through session recordings, heatmaps, and conversion funnels. It’s easy to implement and integrates smoothly with our clients' stack. I especially like how intuitive the dashboard is, it helps identify usability issues quickly and track how users actually interact with our clients' websites. The form analytics and feedback tools are also great for optimizing conversion rates.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

While powerful, the tool can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming when analyzing large volumes of data. The session recordings take time to load occasionally, and filtering options could be more advanced. Pricing can also scale up quickly if you have high traffic volumes. Overall, these are minor drawbacks compared to the value it provides.

**What problems is Mouseflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mouseflow helps us understand how users interact with our clients' websites by revealing friction points and usability issues through session replays and heatmaps. It allows us to identify where visitors drop off in the conversion funnel and optimize those areas to improve engagement and sales. The heatmap functionality stands out for its readability, which greatly aids in understanding user behavior. The deployment of heatmaps helps us identify the trends and patterns of users
Tye platform is lightweight, with a simplistic set up plan

Mouseflow is incomplete in matters integration, where it fails to support deep analysis 
Sharing and exporting insights needs extra flexibility

This tool has revealed different conversion bottlenecks, which uses form ad funnel analytics

**What do you like best about Mouseflow?**

There hasn't been any new features that have been relevant for our needs that we use on a regular basis.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

I would like to see  a way that you can see insight trends over a period of time to help with impacts of changes made to the website user experience.  It would be nice if you could download aggregate data as well.

**What problems is Mouseflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us understand how our users are navigating our website.  Where they are clicking on pages as well as how far the scroll (if at all).  Having this information helps us develop our pages and features to be more user friendly or to address a potential issue of friction when navigating our website.

It is the best way to understand how my audience is reacting to my landing pages.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

I sometimes have to search for my active page. There may be a way to put the older pages in a folder but I haven't discovered it yet.

**What problems is Mouseflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm not great with marketing, but Mouseflow helps me to understand my customer's journey through my landing page to hone how I talk to them.

Some corners of the platform feels untouched, small errors, missing sorting. interative heatmaps that doesn't load. mostly bug and ux fixes that should have been cought by QA

Helps let's us cath issues on our site, from our users so we can fix them quikly. Helps us optimize our ecommerce by understadning user journey. Helps us demystifying and reduce guess-work based optimizations

**What do you like best about Mouseflow?**

Its very easy to use and easy to integrate with the wen\bsite.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

Its very difficult to Check the funnel in the lead generation form on our website. We have cross checked the end user % in our backend and in mouseflow website integration and its never the same and huge difference with the actial numbers.

**What problems is Mouseflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Basically through mouseflw we want to see how and when our users are going of the website by checking session recordings and heatmap. According t oit we have changed our UI and UX and added some extra features so that the bounce rate went low as compare dto before.

Mouseflow shows me what users actually do, not just what we assume. The Session replays and heatmaps make it easy to spot real issues and improve the site.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

Sometimes it's hard to filter through all the session recordings. I can take time to find the ones that really matter unless i set up proper filters.

Mouseflow helps me see where users get stuck or leave the site. It solves the guesswork by showing real behavior, which helps us fix issues faster and improve the overall user experience.
