What do you like best about Mouseflow?

Mouseflow provides incredible insight into user behavior through session recordings, heatmaps, and conversion funnels. It’s easy to implement and integrates smoothly with our clients' stack. I especially like how intuitive the dashboard is, it helps identify usability issues quickly and track how users actually interact with our clients' websites. What do you dislike about Mouseflow?

While powerful, the tool can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming when analyzing large volumes of data. The session recordings take time to load occasionally, and filtering options could be more advanced. Pricing can also scale up quickly if you have high traffic volumes. What problems is Mouseflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mouseflow helps us understand how users interact with our clients' websites by revealing friction points and usability issues through session replays and heatmaps. For e-commerce, it’s been especially valuable in analyzing checkout behavior and improving product page performance.
