User-friendliness, strong collaboration tools, a simple dashboard, AI tools that help with creating job description content, and solid customization options—most of all, the customer service! They’ve helped us streamline our job descriptions into a single database, ensure every job description is formatted consistently, and track which ones are aging and need updates. Most importantly, they’ve improved how we collaborate between HR and leaders when it comes to drafting, reviewing, and updating job descriptions.
