"Streamlined Loan Packaging, Needs More Complex Features"

What do you like best about MortgageCheckAI?

I like how MortgageCheckAI basically reduces time when handing off the docs. We've been using it for three or four months now, and although we haven't explored it much, the initial use cases have been useful in reducing our overall time of delivering the loan package. The data review part is important to me; it shows any discrepancies and suggests improvements loan by loan, which is super helpful. I also appreciate that the AI platform adapts to changes we suggest, making sure the same problems don't pop up all the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MortgageCheckAI?

Currently, the platform is not set up to work on CDBALANCER and does not handle calculations well. Also, it does not support complex formulas or complex understandings; only basic understandings can be fed into it. I would not say the initial setup was very easy; there was a learning curve, making it a medium-level challenge for both sides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MortgageCheckAI solving and how is that benefiting you?

MortgageCheckAI stacks documents in order, names them correctly, reviews duplicates, alerts discrepancies, and provides the final shipping package. It reduces our loan delivery time, improving efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
