What do you like best about Mortgage Maker?

What I like about MortgageMaker.ai is the way it pulls in property data, including supplemental taxes, all in one place. The simplicity of creating a report and how easy it is to use makes it a really powerful tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mortgage Maker?

1. Down Payment Assistance – There’s not currently a way to show DPA programs in the reports. Having a clear, built-in way to display these options would make the tool even more valuable. (There are workarounds to this)

2. Language Toggle – The ability to flip reports between English and Spanish with a simple toggle would be a huge benefit for serving more clients.

What MortgageMaker.ai is really solving is the client experience—showing buyers the numbers, the timelines to purchase, and real data in a clear, simple way.

For a loan officer like myself, it solves for speed. I don’t have to jump between systems to find property taxes or supplemental taxes—it’s all in one place.
