What do you like best about Mortgage Maker?

It allows a prospective client to see, understand and interact with the numbers that comprise an overall payment. It allows for "on the fly" rate adjustments and allows the client to add additional properties to create "side by side" comparisons of properties. The software is super smart, it pulls the property tax data, HOA, projects out insurance costs, and gives you an accurate PITI with speed and reliability. I use it daily and so do my clients! What do you dislike about Mortgage Maker?

I wish it had a more interactive MBS chart, and provided "alerts to lock" like MBS Highway does. If they added that in it would make MBS highway obsolete for me! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mortgage Maker solving and how is that benefiting you?

Clients are often confused about the various components of a PITI rate. They often don't understand how property taxes and insurance can vary from one property to another. Mortgage Maker SOLVES these issues for my clients and provides transparency to the entire mortgage pricing process! My clients love it because it quickly educates them and they feel more secure in the process and not blindsided by things they don't understand.
