MOR Associates' Advanced Leadership Program has been one of the most impactful professional development experiences of my career. While many leadership programs focus on management techniques, MOR challenged me to fundamentally rethink how I lead, influence, and drive transformational change across complex organizations.

As a senior technology executive leading enterprise transformation in higher education, one of my greatest challenges has been moving beyond solving technical problems to leading organizational change.
