What do you dislike about Moonshot Clinic EHR?

As with any new EHR implementation, there were some workflow features and customizations that needed to be refined to better fit the unique needs of my clinic. Since I have a specific vision for how I want my practice to operate, there were a few processes that required adjustments along the way. However, what impressed me most was how receptive the Moonshot team was to feedback. [sensitive content hidden] was incredibly responsive, listened carefully to my suggestions, and worked quickly to implement improvements and customizations. Rather than viewing feedback as a challenge, they embraced it as an opportunity to make the platform better. The willingness of the team to collaborate and adapt made the implementation process smooth and gave me confidence that the system can continue to grow alongside my practice. What problems is Moonshot Clinic EHR solving and how is that benefiting you?

Moonshot Clinic EHR has solved several challenges that are common when starting and operating a concierge medical practice. Before implementing Moonshot, I needed a system that could efficiently manage patient records, scheduling, charting, forms, communication, and overall clinic operations without requiring multiple separate software platforms.

Moonshot has allowed me to centralize these functions into one system, which has improved organization, reduced administrative workload, and streamlined daily workflows. The platform makes it easy to access patient information, document visits, review treatment plans and laboratory results, manage appointments, and communicate with patients efficiently.

As a startup clinic owner, another major challenge was finding an EHR that was both affordable and flexible enough to grow with my practice. Moonshot provides the functionality I need without the high costs associated with many larger EHR systems. The customizable workflows have allowed me to tailor the platform to fit my practice model rather than changing my processes to fit the software.
