I absolutely love Monument's partnership mentality. It's refreshing after coming from a larger platform with poor customer service. Monument's fully vetted software offers immediate capability unlocks for our team, such as tenant communication automations, reputation management systems, and ECRI management, all of which provide a comprehensive view of our business. Their automation has allowed us to manage 11,000 units with only five customer service representatives, without scaling hiring as we grow. Monument's infrastructure enhances our communication with customers, which is crucial for Google Reviews, and allows for efficient handling of customer rate increases using their ECRI management. The initial setup of Monument was surprisingly easy, allowing us to complete a transition that was planned for six months in a matter of weeks. Monument's customer service, combined with their engineering support, facilitated our data migration seamlessly. I rate them an unequivocal 10, and friends and colleagues that witnessed our transition have also made the transition to Monument. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm now addicted to Monument's automation infrastructure, so I would love to see more automation capabilities. They've provided tons of tools and reporting, but now I'd like to see more automation capability deployed throughout more tasks that our team manages. As we use large language models to mold our business operations and processes, we hope to see an MCP connection come online, which I know they are working on. I'd like to see more variables to help mold automations, like automated Google Review requests based on specific things like when a customer accesses a property or more improved support for collections and lead management.
