What do you like best about Monument?

Monument is more intuitive, and we love that. With multiple facilities, the facility‑grouping feature makes it incredibly easy to access tenant information quickly without wasting time figuring out which city a tenant is calling from which is a huge time‑saver. Monument’s search function offers multiple ways to locate or filter information almost instantly. The lead table for potential move‑ins is effortless to manage, and Monument’s email‑based identifier eliminates duplicate tenant accounts. Automations, integrations, and real‑time syncing with our vendors have all been seamless, and even our vendors have complimented how easy Monument is to work with when supporting facility owners. The real‑time overlock updates for both applying and removing once paid have also improved operations significantly. Revenue management and reporting are far more insightful, giving us clearer visibility for operational improvement. Another improvement we’ve seen with Monument is its strong mobile optimization. Our managers can work efficiently while out on the property, which has noticeably improved workflow and time management. What do you dislike about Monument?

There really isn’t anything we dislike about Monument. What we’re experiencing is simply the natural learning curve that comes with transitioning to a new system. As we continue to explore the platform and understand its features, everything becomes easier and more intuitive. Any bumps along the way have been minor and expected, and Monument’s support team has made the entire process smooth. We are impressed by how they listen to our feedback and make specific changes tailored to how we use the software. Their response time is incredible, and their follow‑up is even better. The customer support, attentiveness, and genuine willingness to help have been a turning point at a time when A.I. and reduced human interaction are becoming the norm. What problems is Monument solving and how is that benefiting you?

There are a number of features we’re finding increasingly valuable. Owners appreciate the detailed reporting and revenue management tools, which give us greater control and deeper operational insight. The automations are more refined, giving us a wider range of options for when and how we communicate with tenants. Managers are also enjoying Monument’s Leads Table and powerful Search functions, both of which make day‑to‑day tasks faster and more organized. What Monument does best, though, is what’s missing the most in today’s technology‑driven world, they’re present, available, and genuinely responsive.
