"Visibility into What AI is Actually Saying About Us"

What do you like best about Monroya AI?

I like that it shows more than just whether we're mentioned by AI there is action that is tied behind it. I can see where we show up across Discovery, Evaluation, and Decision, which competitors show up instead, and what sources are influencing the answer.

The mention vs. citation distinction is also useful. It gives me a better idea of whether we're actually being supported by the sources AI is using. Great value. I haven't seen another product that competes and does what this does for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Monroya AI?

I think the category is still pretty new, so there are areas I'd like to see become more robust over time, particularly historical data and longer-term trends, I know there is a playbook we don't have enough data yet, but will be interesting what that reveals as well.

What problems is Monroya AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problem is simple: we didn't really know what AI was saying about us, when it was mentioning us or why competitors were being recommended instead.

Now I can look at the actual prompts, responses, competitors, and citations instead of manually checking ChatGPT and trying to keep track of what changed.
