This is excellent software for managing projects and tasks. I like that it brings together my projects, tasks, and timelines, and integrates with my favorite tools to help me get more done. I also love how customizable the task and project interface is; we can personalize projects by adjusting their appearance and choosing the perfect color and icon.

**What do you dislike about monday AI Work Platform?**

Our integration process has been truly amazing, we haven't had any problems whatsoever. It also offers multiple features for editing photos and videos in different styles. Furthermore, it includes built-in templates for easily creating high-quality projects.

**What problems is monday AI Work Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In our case, maintaining privacy is fundamental to our work, and with Monday I can control the privacy settings for each project—making it public for the whole team or keeping it private and accessible only by invitation. It has also helped us better manage our time, tasks, and projects overall.

I love the Kanban workflow and the ease of tagging team members and creating tasks. It's also great that you have the freedom to build it how you'd like. My business couldn't operate without the clear instructions we're able to give each other on monday Work Management tasks. The design of the software makes a big difference, and my employees love it more than what we used before. It's so much easier to view, and the initial setup was very easy and simple. I would definitely recommend it, I'd even rate it a 10 because it's amazing.

I wish it followed up automatically on team members. I use Claude to scrape what tasks are stale / not moving, and it auto-leaves comments. I wish monday Work Management had those capabilities so I didn't have to build around it.

monday Work Management organizes tasks, prioritizes clients and tasks, and keeps our design team organized. The Kanban workflow and tagging ease task management, enhancing my ability to manage team members and providing clear instructions.

It adapts well to all types of projects and gives a broader view of the data. I also love that it improves scheduling, and we can easily review the full list of everything in one place. It works well for tasks with dependencies and helps keep all team members informed.

The customization adds extra burden, and some steps feel repetitive. Navigation could be more intuitive, and a few processes are slow to execute, which makes the overall experience less smooth.

I like the ease of use of monday Work Management, as it is easy to understand and has different layouts that facilitate viewing extensive information. I enjoy the automations, especially the function of sending messages or notifications upon reaching a certain date or performing an action, which greatly facilitates the flow of information and helps advance processes. Additionally, I found that the initial use of the system is quite simple, although some training is required for the team to fully understand the tool.

For certain integrations, it is more complex to do and in some cases, it is even necessary to have some coding or programming to make the automations or certain functions integrate properly. On the other hand, the forms tend to be very basic, making it difficult to structure conditional sections.

I like monday Work Management because it's easy to use and vibrant, adding a little color to otherwise dull tasks. It's cloud-based, which means I never have to worry about adding 'too much' information or running out of space. The initial setup was very easy, and I look forward to adding more users to manage their client base. It also allowed easier creation of the CRM compared to Redtail, where it wasn't as smooth.

There are so many options and tricks/tips that I haven't gotten to learn yet, so I can't reply on this yet. Maybe easier interaction with Excel?

Monday work management is a great platform for organizing and managing projects. It’s fairly easy to use, and the file version feature is extremely helpful for keeping track of changes.

**What do you dislike about monday AI Work Platform?**

The downside is that work management requires a minimum of three paid users, and if you want the security features you have to be on the Enterprise plan with five users. This is unfortunate for small teams, since they don’t need five seats. It would be great if monday offered a small business plan. I do freelance work on the side and would love to utilize monday, but as a team of one, paying for three seats per product just isn’t reasonable.

**What problems is monday AI Work Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monday work management makes project management more organized and easier to track, and it also helps me find the current version of documents quickly. Using a OneDrive or folder-based system can get very messy and can lead to several hours of wasted time over the course of a year. Since switching to Monday, I no longer have to search through folders and dates just to find the most accurate resource. Monday’s version history helps me stay organized and makes it easier to locate the resources I need efficiently.

Monday Work Management UI as well as all of the app/style integrations make it very easy to quickly setup and use a board. Within a good hour a user is able to take control and manage a project which drastically improves performance

The pricing is a little heavy, and I feel like it is pushing itself to be more suited for companies, rather than small teams or solo developers, which makes onboarding the software a little more difficult

I work on a real estate project where monday has been a perfect tool for my organization for over three years. I love the boards, the chat that each item has to place any information, and the ability to attach client documents, even signed documents. The initial setup was extremely easy for us since several projects in my company have been involved with monday. I will always recommend monday Work Management for businesses.

I love the "My Work" feature which prompts me to review what is needed in my day, past due, or upcoming.  It's especially useful as it combines the needs of my various clients into one "at-a-glance" review

It would be fantastic to have a pricing tier for an even smaller company.  I'm only one person and I don't need three seats but I still find Monday.com well worth the subscription fee.

I really love the integrations. At my workplace, we use Monday for project management, and it connects easily with Slack and other tools. The automations are very diverse, which makes it simple to tailor workflows to what we need. I also like that notifications can go to Slack or my gmail, depending on how I’ve set them up.

I can get overwhelmed pretty easily by all the features. I love the automations, collaboration tools, forms, and templates, but sometimes it still feels like too much. I use it every day, yet I can’t shake the feeling that I’m underutilizing it, because the app offers so much more than you initially realize.

Our company has tried management tools like Notion, To-Doist, Asana, and others, but Monday has been the best bang-for-your-buck. We’ve found it extremely useful for the projects we handle. Monday.com can feel overwhelming at first. But that is expected, to be honest. There are so many features and boards that figuring out the best setup takes time. Some advanced automations require higher tier plans, which can get pricey. Switching templates or reorganizing boards after they are set up is not always smooth and can be frustrating. For small teams or solo users, the interface can feel more complex than necessary. While powerful, Monday.com can have a learning curve and requires some upfront effort before it truly makes work easier.

I use monday Work Management for project tracking, invoice tracking, and assigning jobs to personnel. I love the ease of use and automations the most, as they remove a lot of manual work. The platform helps me save a lot of time with its prefixed templates, easy tracking, and faster actions. It completely replaced my manual Excel trackers, offering a fast and easy alternative. Automations have saved me a lot of time by removing manual follow-ups and sending emails with just a click, which is really helpful for repetitive tasks.

**What do you dislike about monday AI Work Platform?**

I suggest adding a 'redo' feature upon pressing CTRL+Z. Whenever I accidentally click on the 'x' button on any cell, the data in the cell disappears directly, and I can't get it back. I suggest giving a pop-up screen for confirmation or the ability to redo upon pressing CTRL+Z.

“I’d say what I like best about monday Work Management is how useful it is for tracking and auditing tasks. It gives you a clear overview of what’s going on, who’s responsible, and what stage things are in, which helps keep everything organized. It’s especially helpful when you need to review work or make sure nothing is slipping through the cracks. That said, it can be a bit slow at times, but overall it does a solid job for managing and monitoring workflows.”

I think the main downside is that it can be pretty slow at times, especially when loading boards or switching between tasks. It can interrupt the workflow a bit. I like the way how it makes clear and flexible day to day project work. As a project manager, i'm constantly juggling timelines, people and dependencies, in all mondays me see everything in one place without feeling overwhelmed. More importantly the visual boards and timelines make it very easy to understand project status at a glance, even during the busy weeks. I also appreciate the automations i.e cutting the manual updates, reminders and follow ups.

**What do you dislike about monday AI Work Platform?**

It is mainly related to complexity and cost as team grows. New users in my team often struggle with the board setup, automation and permissions which means there is a learning curve before teams fully become productive.

It solves the problem of scattered communication, unclear ownership and poor visibility across projects. For me, it centralizes tasks, timelines and responsibilities so everyone knows what to do and by when. This reduce the follow ups and prevents me from slipping through the cracks and helps me make faster and better decisions.

I like how easy it is for me to build the boards and automations for all of the different aspects of the program. The automation is helpful because it allows for quick updates in the status and notifies the next person when their part is ready. It also helps provide reminders for the team to ensure that deadlines are not missed.

**What do you dislike about monday AI Work Platform?**

I had some issues with the Jotform add-in on monday Work Management. It allowed us to let our customers visualize portions of their co-branding assets and approve them or make changes, which would automatically update the board and notify the proper team member. However, Jotform limits responses to 15 unless we sign up for one of their paid programs, which is expensive if it becomes widely adopted across our company. The cost makes it unaffordable for us. I would love to see an option to update the existing item on my board with a form without paying for additional add-on programs. Also, the initial setup of monday Work Management was easy once I learned the inner workings of the program by myself. However, there wasn't a lot of training and onboarding provided unless I searched for it myself through online platforms and chat communities. The chat community by monday.com is great, but they don't offer good onboarding training outside that community.

I use monday Work Management for project management. It helps me keep on track with who is doing what task and if it's completed or not. I like how easy it is to use and how it helps with organization by laying tasks out with a status bar and star rating to see what is most pressing. Moving from using an Excel spreadsheet to monday Work Management was better in every way. The initial setup was very easy since I could import my Excel spreadsheet. I also think it's great and would rate it a 10 for recommending it to a friend or colleague.

I'd love to move items from one board to another easily, like one task. Really just if there is a task with all the updates, maybe I want to move it from one board to another easily.

Very slow and heavy to use. Some actions that should be easy, are difficult. UX is not very friendly. Anything regarding notifications and automations is also difficult and restricting. Transition between tasks and sub-tasks is frustrating

It has a nice view of tables. I like that I can sort according to different columns, and it's easy to create new columns

I find monday Work Management very easy to use and intuitive. It's straightforward to create boards and groups of boards. I find the platform visually appealing. All the necessary features for a project management board are already built in, which I appreciate. I can quickly duplicate boards and tasks, making the platform quick and easy to use. It's easy for everyone on my team, with varying levels of experience, to get started and manage their boards, which keeps everyone up to date on projects.

**What do you like best about monday AI Work Platform?**

I use monday Work Management for stock control and project management, and I appreciate how it has transformed our workflow. Prior to monday Work Management, we struggled with chaos from using spreadsheets and chat conversations to manage customer orders. Now, the interactive boards help us tie everything together with a strong paper trail, enabling efficient and quick communication across the business. I really like its flexibility; it doesn't force a specific approach on us, acting as a blank sheet where we can create and continuously update systems as needed. The notifications and automation features are valuable tools that I use frequently. The setup was also easy, thanks to my colleague who got us up and running quickly. monday Work Management has grown with us from when we were a small 5-person team to now, with 13 staff. I love this software so much that I would rate it a 10 on a recommendation scale.

Truthfully, not much. It would be great to be able to set reminders for tasks that have been created more flexibly. Right now, you can set a reminder for a week or similar but you can't give a specific day or time for follow up. At least, not as far as I'm aware.

Being able to color-code my work goals is extremely helpful for me. I also appreciate that I can view everything for a single day all in one place. On top of that, there are plenty of options for organizing my work by priority using specific labels, which makes it easier to stay on track.

Monday.com interface can be cluttered and distracting. Sometimes I feel like there are too many options and features to use. Additionally, I didn't find the AI feature helpful because it's not intuitive so I was messing around with it to create a board. I ended up just creating it from scratch myself.

**What problems is monday AI Work Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me, its providing a single, capable space to store, organize and prioritize my work goals and list their specific tasks. As a person who has traditionally used analog tools for that, Monday.com has made it user-friendly enough to try out shifting to an all-digital way of tracking my work. In my case, using Monday has allowed me to better align with the organization I work for, fit into their style of work and feel a level of success at platform management.

What I like most about monday Work Management is how easy it makes it to see the work at a glance. I can open a board and, within a few seconds, understand what’s in progress, what’s waiting on the client, and what’s late. The status labels, owners, and due dates are very clear, so there’s less guessing and fewer “who has this?” messages in Slack or email.

I also appreciate how visual and flexible it is. We use it for creative and marketing projects, but the same tool works just as well for production, planning, and even small internal tasks. Being able to add files, links, and updates directly to each item keeps the context in one place, rather than spread across different tools.

**What do you dislike about monday AI Work Platform?**

What I dislike about monday Work Management is that I sometimes feel limited by the automations. For certain boards or specific request types, I’d really like to create more custom rules and logic—for example: “if this field has X value and the client is Y, move it here and notify this person.”

At the moment, you can do a lot with the built-in automations, but when it comes to more complex workflows, I wish I had a bit more flexibility to build my own “if/then” rules without having to rely on a workaround.

monday Work Management mainly solves the problem of project chaos.

Before we started using it, a lot of our work lived across email, Slack, and random spreadsheets. Now, each client or campaign has its own board where we can see tasks, owners, due dates, and status all in one place. As a result, we have far fewer “Where is this?” or “Who has this file?” conversations.

It also helps us prioritize more effectively. When I open monday, I can quickly see what’s due today, what’s urgent, and what’s blocked by the client, which makes planning my day and the week ahead much easier.

For the team, the biggest benefit is having a shared view of the work. Creatives, account managers, and leads are all looking at the same boards, so there’s less miscommunication and fewer things slipping through the cracks. Overall, it saves us time, cuts down on follow-ups, and helps us deliver campaigns and assets in a more organized way.

I like the ease of organizing projects by categories and including important information for all areas of the company. The interface is very user-friendly, anyone can intuitively see the processes easily and quickly. I can visualize the project statuses by colors, such as whether they are completed, waiting for information/actions, or have already been billed, which allows me to automatically know if the project is in the completed category. This simplifies my billing process, as I don't need to check random information all the time. Additionally, the feedback from my colleagues about the system is also very positive, everyone really likes the interface.

When I need to issue a report, I receive some information that I need to edit the way it is compiled. For example, when I issue a report with the completed projects, in the client name field, I see the client's name plus the link to my company, this information is not necessary. In the project link field, I want only the project name, but I also have a link that I don't see the need for.

I really like monday Work Management because they've constantly updated it. I've used it in the past for a previous job, and I thought it would work well for my current position. I really enjoy the ease of use despite its many different components. I appreciate that it's always pushing the boundaries of improvement and giving us more options on how to use the platform. Additionally, I like the social media-like aspect where you can see who's viewed posts and access all information in one place, which is super helpful for team communication. It also has options for showing data over time, which is something we work a lot with, and I find that really useful.

**What do you dislike about monday AI Work Platform?**

I find that a lot of times, I can't necessarily find what I'm looking for in the tutorials when I need an answer on how to do something. Automation, in particular, is a powerful tool, but it's not easy to navigate. It would be really helpful if it were a little bit more easier to navigate. Also, some of my teammates find it harder to navigate Monday Work Management. It doesn't come naturally to them, and considering it's a bit more high-tech, it's a struggle for them.

Our (apparent) inability to connect directly with a live sales entity to discuss upgrade options and have our upgrade related questions answered in real time.

We are a small instructional design house.  Before monday, with our dozens of builds, projects, and partner clients running simultaneously, it was very difficult to easily see who was doing what, what was being hindered, and what critical tasks were slipping.  Worse, managing content reviews, approvals, deadlines, and SME handoffs was messy with email threads and scattered course content and documents.  Moreover, every designer works a little differently, which was leading to inconsistent processes, delays, and quality variance.  Monday has allowed us to facilely encode proprietary workflows and to standardize our intake, storyboarding, course building, QA and review steps, ensuring every project follows the same proven sequence.  Monday has also helped us streamline and track our content creation progress.  We can now link directly to all associated files, drafts, and revisions within our work item updates.

I use monday Work Management for project and task management, both for groups and just myself. It helps with time management by sending reminders and notifications for due tasks. I find its visual organization very helpful, especially the groupings of tasks. Bringing other people into certain tasks through assignment or tagging is incredibly helpful. The new AI tools are pretty nifty too. What stands out to me is how intuitive it is; everything basically makes sense right away once you look at it. monday's roles and permissions are fantastic because they let me involve collaborators in specific tasks without overwhelming them with unnecessary project details. The initial setup was very easy, as the admin console and capabilities are intuitive and easy to pick up.

I know the AI tools are new, but off the bat it was unclear to me what some of the differences were between 'Vibe', 'Sidekick', etc. There seemed to be an initial 'dump' of AI tools. I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content. I use monday Work Management to keep track of routine clinic work that is easy to forget during busy hours. For example, I note follow-ups after consultations, small admin work, and content tasks for the week. This helps me not miss things when patients are coming in one after another.
It was easy to start using. I created a small board and added my daily work without any setup. Updating status and due dates is quick, so I can see what is pending and what I have already finished. This is useful when I have many small tasks in a day.
I open it a few times a week, and sometimes daily when work is heavy. The basic features like task list, notes, and priority are enough for me. I don’t use advanced features, but for simple clinic planning this works well.

When I needed to understand a small option, the in-app help was enough. It also fits into my routine because I plan work here and then do the actual calls, messages, or content work in my usual tools. This keeps my day more organized without making things complicated.

Sometimes the page takes a little time to load on slow internet, especially when many items are on the board. I also noticed that adding notes from the phone app is not as smooth as on desktop, so I prefer using it on the computer for updates. I really like the UI/UX of monday Work Management. I love how easy it is to move epics from board to board because we have multiple boards, including personal team boards and an operational board for the whole department. I like how we're able to duplicate items and how we can expand them using the accordion feature, as well as stack them. This setup allows me to go through all the different teams within the departments in an easily digestible way. It helps me stay on top of all the subitems and the many steps needed for bigger projects to be accomplished. I also love the visibility it provides for my other team members when we have to collaborate and split up work. Everyone knows exactly what subitems they're responsible for and what the specific deadlines are, helping us keep the ball moving in the right direction. The accordion and stacking features allow me to visually see, at a higher level, all the work our department is doing, and I can also drill down on each of the epics or projects to see subitems, progress, and who's responsible for what. It’s really valuable for me to check on these throughout the quarter.

Occasionally, there are glitches where things aren't saving or various features aren't working, which are annoying because we are so dependent on monday Work Management. These glitches usually only last a few minutes

I really like that everything I need to manage projects is in one place. It allows me to keep our team organized and create forms that let us organize data for efficient processing. From tasks and time tracking to Gantt chats and resource planning, everything is integrated, which saves a lot of time by eliminating the need to constantly switch between tools.

Overall, my experience with monday has been very positive for managing my work and leading my team. I honestly don’t have anything negative to say—I’m very satisfied with how it works. It has also greatly simplified the way I manage hybrid projects, making it easier to keep everything organized and on track.

**What do you like best about monday AI Work Platform?**

I like all the integrations and automations that you can do on monday Work Management. Being able to have things automatically move when a status is changed, or something is added or removed is pivotal. We have multiple project boards and keeping track of everything can be hard. But using the automations, we can have the projects move to different parts of the board by just changing the status. This lets us keep on top of projects and move them quickly to the back burner or back to the forefront. Also, it was very easy to set up and get going.

**What do you dislike about monday AI Work Platform?**

Having to add 5 licenses every time is not ideal. I would love to be able to add 1 or 2 at a time instead of 5. Working for a university, budgets are always tight and sometimes we just need 1 person.

**What problems is monday AI Work Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

monday Work Management solves the issue of needing fillable forms with customizable columns and conditional formatting while serving as a project board. I like its integrations and automations for automatically updating project statuses, helping us stay organized and manage projects efficiently.

I like using monday Work Management for work because it's powered by AI agents. The AI agents help me with sending emails, making them more concise for my clients. I also appreciate its aesthetic design; the color and font are pleasing to the eyes, and it gives me energy. **What do you like best about monday AI Work Platform?**

I use Monday to manage everything I do with marketing and social media, to track projects and where they are from first ideas to final and approved. 

Monday is very user friendly and comes with some common use templates that would really well to get you up and running quickly, you can use the AI features to also auto fill columns based on data in other columns which is really handy, say total of cost per month for the year.

I use it everyday without fail and have a lot on it and never have any problems with speed or it lagging due to the amount i have on it.

We have also connected it to our website so if anyone fills in our contact us form it lands on Monday which honestly has sped up some very slow process.

the support is great! and they are always up to help you solve a new problem if it crops up. mine is normally around automating a process but once you get to grips its easier to do yourself.

**What do you dislike about monday AI Work Platform?**

you can do way too much within Monday to the point if it does have an offline blip you are just refreshing the page until its live again, thankfully only happened once so far!

**What problems is monday AI Work Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we have moved a lot of old email to email processes onto monday, now i just change the status to needs approval, the approver its notified they check and can approve or reject and note changes required etc... it saves so much time and removes the whole manual back and forth and chasing for them to reply to one of many emails they have.

we have also moved our CRM onto monday which connects to our website so if anyone completes our contact us form its instantly on Monday for someone to action or tag who needs to action and everyone can see the progress. 

has just made day to day tracking of projects and tasks so much easier.

I use monday Work Management for project management because of its ease of use, flexibility, and visibility, which is especially helpful when handling various team requirements. The low learning curve with visuals and spreadsheet-like boards are quickly understood, providing early adoption for a lot of people. I find the automation to be very vital without being too complex, including features like status changes, notifications, due date reminders, and crossboard updates. These features reduce manual follow-up, allowing us to juggle multiple requirements with fewer dropped balls. I also appreciate monday Work Management's integration capabilities with tools like Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive, fitting well into our existing environments and helping us scale from a team concept to overall enterprise processes.

I would think some of the agile type engineering and agile framework could be updated. For us, we do have a very prescriptive project management office. But we're trying to break away from that and become even more flexible.

I like that monday Work Management is versatile for everything from tracking payment on jobs to showing exactly what spot each job is in. I appreciate how it solves the problem of both office and field people being able to see the same schedule easily. It works especially well for handling thousands of jobs and keeping them in separate categories, which makes it easier to differentiate between jobs that have not been paid for, jobs that still need research, and jobs that are completed. The initial setup was very easy, which was great for our team.

I really appreciate the ease of having many users access live data, report, and track together in monday Work Management. The forms and AI features are great too. What I like most is how easy it is to access, update, and extract data—it helps me track many projects with various team members who can input or view the information needed. I also find it helpful to use the dashboard for topline reporting and diving deeper into reports. I utilize monday Work Management to share production vs. marketing timelines and to keep on top of deadlines. The initial setup was so simple.

I wish it had a little more flexibility to have more columns in different groups. As it is, a table must stick to the same headers across all groups.
