**What do you like best about monday AI Work Platform?**

I really like that it’s live—when I enter updates, everyone else can see them instantly. Since everything stays up to date, our team communicates more smoothly and we avoid duplicating work. The Excel integration feels seamless, and the AI intelligence is genuinely helpful when we’re working through changes and updates. Using it every day keeps everyone on track, aligned, and moving forward together.  The platform’s bright color-coding and clean aesthetic make tracking project statuses and team workloads easy at a glance. You can build robust, no-code automations to handle repetitive tasks (e.g., notifying the next person in a workflow when a task is completed). You can tailor almost every column, tag, and view.  Pricing is fair.

While visually approachable, mastering the more complex dashboards and integrations can be overwhelming for new users without dedicated setup time

**What do you like best about monday AI Work Platform?**

I really enjoy that it's easy to learn and teach my coworkers how to use. I also really appreciate its clean design, and ability to create several boards to organize our onboarding process or our tasks. I think it's a good price, and the AI features are really helpful and allow our team to think further ahead.

**What do you dislike about monday AI Work Platform?**

I think the only thing that I maybe dislike is I wish there were more math functions. For example, in our budget board I am unable  to have it automatically adjust our total budget remaining when I input/link our reciepts to our board. So we are left to do the math ourselves which can take a long time.

**What problems is monday AI Work Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monday AI is really helping us solve timeline issues which improves our teams overall performance and ability to work together rather than seperately. Additionally, the support from the chat functions, talking with Monday.com people over email as well has really helped us solve the problems of having a few less tech-savy members of our team

**What do you like best about monday AI Work Platform?**

As the Network Administrator for a regional disaster recovery network serving more than 200 churches, nonprofits, and community partners across Western North Carolina, I use Monday.com virtually every day for almost every aspect of my job. It has become much more than a project management tool—it's our network database, operations hub, reporting system, and collaboration platform.

When we first adopted Monday.com, there was a learning curve because I was building an interconnected system rather than a few simple boards. Monday.com's support team was excellent throughout that process, helping me work through challenges as I learned the platform. My director also made the wise decision to have me serve as the primary administrator during implementation, which allowed us to build a consistent architecture instead of disconnected boards. Today, nearly everything is connected through automations, linked boards, and dashboards.

One of my favorite features is the AI Agents. I've created Agents that research grant opportunities and populate our grants pipeline, clean up data, and analyze hundreds of coordinator reports to evaluate engagement with our partner organizations. Those insights help leadership understand where we're investing our time and which communities need more attention.

I also love the flexibility of integrations and automations. Our Network Coordinators' Google Calendar events automatically create records in Monday, trigger reporting forms, and feed leadership dashboards. Instead of spending hours collecting monthly reports, much of the information is captured as people simply do their work.

The mapping feature has also become an important tool for us. We map our network partners across the region to better visualize coverage, identify gaps, and support planning during disaster recovery.

Another feature I use constantly is exporting to Excel. I appreciate that I can quickly move data between Monday and Excel whenever I need to perform deeper analysis, create pivot tables, or prepare reports for leadership. It gives me the flexibility to use the best tool for the task without duplicating data.

I've built workflows for grants, disaster recovery projects, volunteer coordination, partner onboarding, reporting, warehouse requests, and collaboration with outside organizations. I also love that I can securely share boards and information with external partners, allowing everyone to work from the same source of truth.

The biggest benefit is the return on investment. Through automation and thoughtful workflow design, our nonprofit has been able to accomplish work that would have required additional staff, while improving reporting, collaboration, and visibility across our entire network.

Monday.com has grown alongside our organization. We started with a handful of boards, and today it supports nearly every major workflow in our disaster recovery network. I honestly open it every morning and work in it throughout the day—it's where our work happens. I really love it. THere's nothing you can't build. We don't have the CRM but I was able to create one with integrations and automations! 

Performance has been good. Once a day it seems that it gets slow, b ut that may be because I have it open in about 4 browsers on any given day, and go back and forth on my three screens. It is really the most valuable tool i have at my disposal. All of my deliverables are supported and tracked with it.

**What do you dislike about monday AI Work Platform?**

Honestly, my "complaints" are really signs of how much I enjoy the platform. I find myself wanting more AI credits because the Agents save so much time, and I'd love the ability to purchase additional credits for just my department or even my own account. I also enjoyed building a custom app, but when I discovered I couldn't publish it, I put the project on hold. I'd love to see more opportunities for administrators to build and deploy custom solutions without needing enterprise-level licensing.
I am not  an admin yet, but I am the whole organization's super user.

**What problems is monday AI Work Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monday.com AI Work Platform has transformed how our nonprofit operates. Before implementing it, information lived in emails, spreadsheets, calendars, and individual documents, making it difficult to see the big picture or measure our impact. Today, nearly every major workflow is connected in one place.

As the Network Administrator for our regional disaster recovery network, I use Monday.com every day to manage partner organizations, grants, volunteer coordination, projects, reporting, executive dashboards, and cross-department collaboration. It serves as our network database, collaboration platform, and operational hub.

The AI features have eliminated hours of manual work. AI Agents research grant opportunities, organize and clean data, and analyze coordinator reports to provide leadership with meaningful insights about engagement across our network. Automations collect information as our staff works instead of requiring separate reporting at the end of the month.

Monday.com's mapping capabilities allow us to visualize our partner network across Western North Carolina, helping identify geographic coverage, resource gaps, and opportunities for collaboration during disaster recovery. Because our data is centralized, I can also export information to Excel in seconds to perform deeper analysis, build pivot tables, or prepare reports for leadership.

The biggest benefit is that our small team can accomplish the work of a much larger organization. We've improved reporting accuracy, reduced repetitive administrative work, increased visibility for leadership, and created a scalable system that continues to grow alongside our organization.

Instead of spending my time collecting information, I spend my time using information to make better decisions.

Monday Work Management is intuitive, modern, and keeps all of my projects organized in one place. It makes it easy to see what needs to be done, who owns each task, and when deadlines are approaching. The visibility across every project keeps the team aligned, eliminates confusion about next steps, and helps ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

The AI credit limit is reached too quickly, which limits how often I can use one of the platform's most valuable features. Increasing the available AI credits or offering more flexibility would make the experience even better.

monday.com has become the central hub for managing marketing projects, campaigns, and cross-functional collaboration. What I like most is the flexibility. We can customise boards, workflows, automations, and dashboards to fit the way our team works rather than changing our processes to fit the software.

The automations save a significant amount of time by reducing manual updates and keeping projects moving without constant follow-up. The visibility across projects is also excellent. Stakeholders can quickly see priorities, progress, ownership, and deadlines in one place.

As a marketing team, we use monday.com to manage campaign planning, content production, approvals, and reporting. The combination of multiple views, integrations, and reporting dashboards helps us stay organised and aligned while scaling our workload.

**What do you dislike about monday AI Work Platform?**

The biggest downside is that the platform can feel overwhelming at first because of the number of features and customisation options available. More advanced workflows require some setup time and training to get the most value from them. As teams scale, costs can also increase, and there is still room for improvement in advanced reporting and dashboard customisation.

**What do you like best about monday AI Work Platform?**

Day to Day - User friendly and easy to update (aka create living documents)

Integrations - Outside of integrating notifications with email, I don't use any which is a good because that means the product has everything we need

Performance - Very fast and reliable for the amount of data it stores. I have only experienced about 4 down times that lasted at most 30 mins in 4 years of use.

Pricing - we are a non-profit and get a discount, which is great, but since we have rolled out Monday.com to the whole organization it has become pricier and the version we are on only allows so much data to be stored. I don't think the organization I am at can afford to increase to be able to store more data.

Onboarding - default upon set up is notifications get sent to your email (aka helpful that it immediately integrates with one of the most used communication tool

AI/Intelligence - I just tested out the AI feature today and was pretty impressed. Definitely helpful to have AI built into products. My company is just starting to push AI use more, so I will need to do more experimenting to do feedback, but again I think having AI built into products is the most ideal in terms of time savings

**What do you dislike about monday AI Work Platform?**

Day to Day - Some times changes happen that impact things I use and do everyday and I don't know about it. I am personally really flexible so it doesn't bother me that much, but I have other teammates that it bothers more. A Monday.com board visible to all Monday.com users to see with columns for last updated and drop downs or something for most likely impact on your work day would be helpful. Or potentially a pop up box that can't be exited without scrolling to the bottom of most recent updates. Emails about updates definitely don't work because they are not popping up when I'm using the product. I use another product that uses the pop-up box described above and it works great.

Integrations - I don't use these since Monday.com pretty much has everything I need, so nothing to dislike here

Performance - The expensiveness of data storage, but not sure if I can change that

Pricing/ROI - Same as above

Support/Onboarding - It would be cool if suggestions for improvement were put in a Monday.com board visible for all users of Monday.com to see, so we can see the status of a request (waiting to be reviewed by IT, being reviewed, waiting for management approval, waiting for development, not doing, combined into another request (and automatically assign the requester to that combined request)). I think big companies struggle with being able to identify real issues users have and make changes because the frontline people don't always pass suggestions along to the right person and has to go through too many tiers. Might be a good way to show your clients how  much value Monday.com can provide and hold the company accountable to customer support and solving issues. 

AI/Intelligence - Need to try using more to provide better feedback, but doesn't feel as user friendly/intuitive as it could be

Monday.com has helped solve communication and documentation, which is one of the biggest struggles that organizations face.

Day to Day - Everybody used to have everything in excel spreadsheets (some only accessible to individuals and some shared) and even centralized spreadsheets were hard to update. Because Monday.com is so user friendly now people actually update statuses and do more with the information quicker with subitems (create step by step checklists) and updates that can easily time stamp instructions. Reducing the number of clicks and movements to perform tasks consistently is huge

Pricing/ROI - solving communication and documentation problems is a huge return on investment

Support/Onboarding - I have noticed Forms have improved drastically to rival form software like Cognito

The platform is easy for new users to navigate, and customizable views such as Kanban, Timeline, Calendar, and Gantt charts allow different teams to work in the format that best suits their needs. You can customize the boards and groups to fit exactly what you need, and the automations really help save time by instantly updating everyone in the group about any changes. The implementation process was straightforward; when I first set it up, even people who were completely unfamiliar with the platform and not very tech-savvy were able to get onboarded with minimal assistance. The customer support is excellent, with an almost immediate response time that resolves issues nearly every time. I use it daily to manage all finance, accounting, and administrative processes. As for integrations, once you get used to them, they become easier to set up. However, the new 'help me build with AI' feature can sometimes alter your intended workflow, requiring you to redo things manually, but overall, it's manageable.

Setting up dashboard views can occasionally be quite challenging. While Vibe offers all the necessary features for app creation, I found that the beta version was plagued with numerous bugs.

What I like best about monday Work Management is how easy it is to manage and track leads throughout the sales process. We use it as a central place to capture enquiries, assign leads to team members, track follow-ups, and monitor pipeline progress. The customisable boards and status updates give us clear visibility into where every lead sits, helping ensure opportunities don't get missed. It has improved organisation, accountability, and response times while giving management a real-time view of the sales pipeline.

monday Work Management is highly customisable, but that can make the initial setup and organisation of lead pipelines take some time. As boards grow and more statuses, automations, and custom fields are added, it can require ongoing maintenance to keep everything clean and easy to navigate. Reporting is strong, but some more advanced views and dashboards can take time to configure properly. Overall, these are minor challenges compared to the value it provides.

**What do you like best about monday AI Work Platform?**

What I like best about monday Work Management is how it brought structure and visibility to a team workflow that previously lived across disconnected tools, spreadsheets, and informal communication threads. I work as a Customer Support Representative at Alarm Masters, a security alarm monitoring company based in Colombia serving North American clients, and our team of approximately 19 agents relies on monday Work Management daily to track cases, manage follow-up tasks, coordinate escalations, and monitor workload distribution across the team.

The feature I return to most consistently is the customizable boards. Before monday Work Management, tracking open follow-up tasks — payment arrangements on past-due monitoring accounts, scheduled callbacks, pending account modifications — meant relying on personal notes, calendar reminders, or Salesforce task fields that weren't always visible to the broader team. Monday's boards gave us a shared, real-time view of every open item across the team, organized by status, priority, and owner. Nothing falls through the cracks the way it did before because every task is visible to everyone who needs to see it.

The automation layer has also been a significant time saver. We use automations to trigger status notifications when a follow-up task is approaching its due date, to reassign items when an agent is unavailable, and to move tasks automatically through workflow stages as their status changes. These automations removed a layer of manual coordination that previously required a supervisor to manage manually throughout the day.

The dashboard feature has given our team leadership a real-time view of workload distribution across all 19 agents — who has the most open items, which task types are accumulating, and where bottlenecks are forming — without requiring anyone to compile that information manually. Before monday Work Management, that kind of visibility simply didn't exist in a format our team could act on quickly.

After consistent daily use, what I appreciate most is how monday Work Management fits around the way our team actually works rather than forcing us to adapt to a rigid system. The platform gives you tremendous freedom to build, but that freedom works against you if you don't establish standardization upfront. Consolidating those boards into a coherent, scalable structure took approximately three to four weeks of cleanup and required buy-in from the entire team to adopt consistent naming conventions, status values, and column types across all boards.

Automation reliability has also been an occasional frustration. Our team relies heavily on automations to trigger due date notifications, reassign tasks when agents are unavailable, and move follow-up items through workflow stages automatically. On most days these automations run without issue, but we have experienced intermittent delays — particularly during periods of higher platform load — where automations fire later than expected or require a manual trigger to execute. For a customer support team managing time-sensitive follow-ups on active alarm monitoring accounts, even a 30 to 60 minute automation delay can affect the timeliness of a customer callback or a collections follow-up.

The mobile app experience is the third area where monday Work Management falls short of the desktop version for our use case. Updating task statuses, adding comments, and viewing dashboards on mobile works adequately, but the mobile app lacks the full functionality of the desktop — the automations editor, certain column types like formula columns, and board template access are all unavailable on mobile. Before monday Work Management, every agent managed their own follow-up workload independently — through personal notes, calendar reminders, and informal Slack messages — which meant that open items tied to active customer accounts were invisible to anyone except the individual agent handling them. When an agent was unavailable, tasks fell through the cracks, follow-up calls didn't happen on time, and customers with active billing disputes or unresolved alarm monitoring issues had to call back in to chase resolutions that should have been proactive.

Monday Work Management solved that visibility problem entirely. Every open follow-up task — payment arrangements on past-due monitoring accounts, scheduled callbacks, pending account modifications, escalation tracking — now lives on a shared board that the entire team and our supervisors can see in real time. The benefit to me personally is confidence that nothing I'm responsible for will slip past a due date unnoticed, because the platform surfaces upcoming and overdue items automatically and triggers automated notifications before a deadline is missed.

The automation layer has directly addressed the coordination overhead that used to sit on our supervisors. Before monday Work Management, redistributing tasks when an agent was unavailable required a supervisor to manually identify what was open, who could take it, and then communicate that reassignment through Slack or a direct message. Now those reassignments happen automatically based on rules we configured upfront, which has freed our supervisors to focus on higher-value coaching and escalation management rather than daily task logistics.

I love how the platform helps me keep track of all my tasks. My favorite feature is the “My Work” page, because it lets me group everything I need to do for the day, the week, and the following weeks all in one place.

The user interface is very friendly as well. The platform rarely has downtime, and when it does happen, I quickly check the monday STATUS website to confirm whether it’s an issue the monday team is already working on and to follow the solutions being implemented.

I also really like the automations and the templates; they’re helpful and genuinely useful.

When it comes to pricing, I think it’s fair, especially since my company benefits from the non-profit discount, which makes a big difference for us. Without the discount, I don’t think we would be able to afford such a complete management platform.

Whenever we need support, the support staff helps us quickly, especially when we have questions or need to adjust details related to payment and billing. I’m usually the person at my company who reaches out to support.

As for integrations, I have to admit we don’t use any integrated tools.

Regarding AI, i've tried using the Vibe to create an app with Monday's AI.
It generated a good app, but we couldn't use it due to the necessary credits and pricing. I suggest the non-profit organizations could have some discount in the plans to use more AI tools.

The AI section has been especially useful for setting up custom boards and tracking “odd” items.

A lot of other project management software can be difficult to navigate, but Monday.com feels intuitive and natural for our team. The wide selection of integrations keeps helping us find new ways to streamline our work, and the built-in AI tools have been an absolute game changer. It’s boosted our performance more than we expected, and now we can’t imagine working without it.

Its very easy and intuitive to setup a new board for things as simple as a todo list for an individual or team, to as complicated as a full-fledge ECR tracking system.

Its very expensive, and they hide some features that I really think should be included in the Pro plan behind the Enterprise paywall, which is nearly double the price of Pro plans.  

Performance can be an issue sometimes, and they lock this behind paywall as well.  If you want any help with technical issues or performance issues, the sales team tends to just push you toward Enterprise with promises that it will fix everything but very little proof or evidence.

We use it for team and personal task and project tracking, but we also use service desk for tracking maintenance requests, engineering change requests, and potentially IT help desk tickets in the future.

I think one of the main benefits is that it enables tech-savvy users outside of the IT department to be able to setup relatively complicated solutions without help from IT.

I find monday Work Management really useful for tracking agent performance, including how often tasks are addressed or escalated. It helps us know how team members are performing, whether they are doing well or if they're close to termination. We also keep track of login data, including credentials, start dates, and termination dates, literally housing our entire workstation data. We use it to manage everything about agents, making it an essential tool for us. Setting up boards, items, and sub-items is pretty easy, and despite the initial workload of transitioning to a unified platform, monday Work Management simplifies this process, making it manageable.

I think it's such a vast, helpful tool. Once you look try the different tools, filters, views, etc. you really can make tracking/implementing/trafficking/organizing so easy.

I think there are still some kinks to work out, specifically with the AI recommendations. I asked it to provide a simple formula to auto-move things into a specific group, based on a column change of a formula, and AI recommended a specific automation, and when I went to add that automation, I keep getting an error message. And when I try to make it manually, it doesn't work.

It’s helping our cross-functional teams work smarter together. That said, I still think there’s a HUGE learning curve, especially as our teams have grown so much over the last 5 years I’ve been using it at this company. There are definitely more opportunities for basic Monday trainings with our corporate teams, particularly as part of the onboarding process, and that should be a baseline expectation.

For me personally, I use it literally every single day at work. It supports cross-functional partnership, helps me stay organized, streamlines conversations, and also keeps things organized when working with our agencies.

UI is very user-friendly and anybody can jump in and learn the essentials in a short amount of time, saving adoption times during onboarding process for all new users.

AI helper can make some mistakes but I believe it's still coniderably dependable and helped me a lot for specific migration tasks between workspaces.

Performance is top-notch, any decent internet connection will work with the solution.

I have not tried the integrations yet, but I did browse a bit, they seem very well-thought-out and easy to set up, I will most likely start using the Gmail ones to make sure emails can be converted into tasks for easier tracking.

Pricing is one of the best in the market, I tell this both as a former seller for Monday and a current user, it's simply that good.

AI helper needs a bit more work on, I had to write very specific prompts for him to actually get a full scope.

It seems to handle a heavy workload just fine. Right now we have over 3000 prospects/leads in it and it has not slowed down at all. It has improved our workflow because sales reps can easily track where they were the day before and see what they need to follow up on.

Monday Work Management is incredibly intuitive for new users, while still offering several in-depth processes and tools for more experienced users. It’s exceptionally easy to build just about any type of data-management board for a wide variety of projects. I’ve been able to track hundreds of projects at the same time without sacrificing time or quality.

The ability to leverage gen AI to help optimize workflow just by chatting with it through a sidebar on any board is a game changer. 

Being able to assign tasks to specific team members and connecting responses through the built in logic has been essential for maintaining efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. 

The support options have been amazing as well. Quick response times, and I even encountered a situation where one of the operators recorded an entire video explaining how to resolve a unique issue. 

I've had no issues integrating my boards into external projects through the ability to simply export and convert them into Excel docs. Not to mention zero performance issues, no data loss, or stuttering. I'm loyal to this software for all my projects moving forward. 

Pricing across the board seems to be well worth the software.

**What do you dislike about monday AI Work Platform?**

I genuinely have very little to complain about regarding Work Management. My only real issue has been during the interactions with AI while trying to refine and make updates to an existing work form. Generative AI can often fumble simple instructions, and the more you try to explain the desired resolution, the more it repeats the mistakes. This is a consistent problem across any Gen AI platform, and I don't place much of the blame on Monday.

I also appreciate the integration with Quickbooks and Slack, which helps in connecting with other tools I use. The setup was easy, even though the first few boards needed some adjustments. We use an IT Requests board/table and that is really helpful, as it allows for assigning tasks to a person and uses a color-coded column to show the stage of each request, making it easy for me to filter and see what I need to focus on.

I don't use the integration feature, so I can't give a rating on that, but the performance has been great and I love the automated features. Being able to click done and it automatically archiving and even auto assigning projects has been great. I have been happy with the product overall.

I don't have a dislike of the project. My only issue probably has to do with how the third party support person set up our projects. There are too many tabs that we don't use within each project table.

**What problems is monday AI Work Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem is solving is organizing daily and long term projects as well as keeping track of it. Before I was keeping track of projects that were submitted via email and pinning them, but with Monday, I can go back and find out what needs to be worked on.

**What do you like best about monday AI Work Platform?**

I can build really sophisticated workflows and dashboards that don't require any effort or coding on my end. Being able to build custom fields with custom statuses is very helpful and lets me tailor the work to my specific workflows, needs, and business processes. The automations are very helpful and time saving, especially the ability to trigger recategorizations and other actions based on flipping one field. I also integrate with Anthropic Cloud to retrieve and parse information out of my monday boards, which is very helpful and something I'm using increasingly. The initial setup was very easy, I probably had a working workflow the first time I used monday within fifteen minutes. Compared to Smartsheet, monday has more capability for customized structure like sub items and the ability to do automations. I'd recommend it with a 10.

I use boards and dashboards to track small administrative tasks, customer issues and concerns, and staff management issues. I can build sophisticated workflows and dashboards without any coding. Custom fields with custom statuses let me tailor work to my needs, and the automations are very time saving.
