I like that I can connect GitHub, track pull requests, manage sprints, and handle bugs from the same board. The interface is simple, and the automation saves time for repeat work. Even though DevOps is not a built-in feature, the integrations with Jenkins and Docker make it possible to track CI/CD updates directly on the board. GitHub very easy to implement just few click, with bug tracking backlogs etc. Everyday we as team used the monday dev to track who is working on what track with backlogs sprints in one baords. **What do you dislike about monday dev?** At times, the boards can become sluggish when there are a large number of items or frequent updates. The information displayed can be inconsistent. For instance, when I access the My Work view while in monday dev, tasks only show updates and no other info, but if I hit refresh, it'll take me to monday work management and I can see the complete info for each task. It allows us to maintain an iterative approach our projects for an accelerated delivery of MVP, as well as manage what we have in our backlog. I appreciate the additional features that aren't available in WM! My direct team has almost entirely shifted to Dev and it is proving to be very successful. We were able to easily implement our processes there and integrate with our other systems for a seamless transition. **What do you dislike about monday dev?** There have been several bugs we've seen, but those have since resolved. No complaints as of now! The one thing I dislike about JIRA (which I have been using for the last 5 years) is the fact that I have to go to Confluence for Retrospectives and the new Jira Product Discovery to create my roadmaps. The UX is better than Jira as well. It offers me multiple options (Kanban/Sprints/Chart/Gantt/Table) to choose from in one single screen. The color coding of each task type, priority and other things is something I really like but this might be overwhelming and confusing for other product/project managers. The planned/unplanned indicator is what I really need as well. One of the challenges that I face with my team is when I create a ticket that is not yet ready to be worked on (because it requires further grooming) is frequently picked up by them. I have to personally inform them each time of its readiness status which I don't particularly enjoy. **What do you dislike about monday dev?** One thing in particular is completely dislike about monday dev (I can assume how this might be icky for other people as well) is the fact that the Task ID is a big 10 digit number. Jira takes the edge on this one with issue IDs that are searchable from every screen. **What problems is monday dev solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest problem that Monday dev is solving is the fact that it is a one-stop solution for my every product management needs. I don't have much experience in Project management, but monday.com has made it very easy to manage complex projects. It only takes me to post the project, break it down into sub-activities, assign and set a deadline for each. What could be easier? It is cost-effective since it doesn't require developers to manage it or constantly redesign the user interface; anyone with a basic understanding can do it on Monday.com. The third thing I like about monday.com is the collaboration environment. Look, don't get me wrong, I find it hard to manage emails per project, but monday.com has made it easy to interact. I can easily comment on any sub-activity, task, or project to follow up without getting lost, unlike in the long trail of emails.
