## monday CRM Reviews
  ### 1. Easy to Use and Integrate, with Simple Performance Monitoring

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tara B. | Manager of Customer Success, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

It’s been very easy to use and integrate, and it was simple to get my staff to start using all the platforms I’ve created. I really like the automations I can set up because they help me monitor performance. I can also track my staff’s performance easily, and I appreciate being able to incorporate all my boards within each other.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

I don’t like that we have to pay for the workspace and the CRM separately. I really think there should be a bundled package for customers who use more than one module, instead of having to purchase each one on its own.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, my company managed all our accounts and contacts in spreadsheets. Now everything is organized, easy to update, and accessible to everyone who needs it. It also helps keep our teams on track with sales, leads, and deals, and we can view our team’s daily performance at a glance.

  ### 2. Flexible Boards + GraphQL API: Turned monday into a Powerful Data Source

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eduard V. | Head of Partnerships, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

The flexibility of the board structure combined with the API access. I've been able to pull data out via GraphQL and sync it to Google Sheets across multiple boards, which let me build custom reporting and automations that fit our exact workflow rather than forcing us into a rigid template. The ability to structure boards per provider/deal and then query it all programmatically has been the biggest win for me — it turns monday from just a tracking tool into a data source I can build on top of.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

The API has some frustrating limits — pagination on GraphQL queries gets tedious when you're pulling larger datasets, and rate limits can slow down syncs. Some of the more advanced automations and integrations sit behind higher pricing tiers, so getting full value means paying up. And occasionally the flexibility works against you: with so many ways to structure boards, keeping things consistent across a team takes discipline that the tool doesn't really enforce on its own.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before, our provider and partnership data lived in scattered spreadsheets and threads, so tracking the state of each deal and negotiation meant a lot of manual chasing and copy-pasting. With monday we centralized all of that into structured boards — one clear source of truth for every provider relationship, contract status, and action item. The UI made onboarding the team straightforward: the visual board layout is intuitive enough that people picked it up with minimal training.
The biggest benefit came from the integrations. We were spending hours each week manually compiling reports; now we pull data out via GraphQL across multiple boards and sync it automatically into Google Sheets, which feeds our reporting and downstream tools. That turned a recurring multi-hour manual task into something that runs on its own, and removed the human errors from copy-pasting between systems. Performance holds up well even across several large boards, though very large GraphQL pulls need pagination to stay smooth.
On ROI, the time saved on admin and reporting has clearly justified the cost, even if some of the more advanced automations sit behind higher tiers. Support and onboarding resources (docs, templates, the API reference) were solid enough to get us self-sufficient quickly. The AI features are a newer addition — we've only lightly explored them so far, but they show promise for summarizing and automating updates.
The net result: less time on admin, more reliable data for decision-making, and a shared view that keeps a distributed team aligned without constant status-check messages.

  ### 3. A Highly Customizable CRM That Keeps Teams Seamlessly Connected

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erick P. | Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

The best part about Monday CRM is how user-friendly and customizable it is. It allows for seamless cross-departmental collaboration, organized follow-ups on support tickets (we use a board as a ticketing platform), and tailored boards for our specific workflows. Plus, the ability to create custom integrations is absolutely key for us to keep scaling the platform as we grow.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

The main drawbacks for me are the search performance and the AI capabilities. Even using a powerful laptop, the search function can be quite slow to open and delayed in displaying results. Additionally, the AI tool isn't as advanced as others on the market; it still needs significant development before it can provide the level of assistance we see on competing platforms.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem Monday CRM solves for us is data fragmentation. It acts as our single source of truth; if it’s written there, it’s a fact. This has completely changed how we communicate across teams. We've been able to cut out all the constant back-and-forth on Slack and Google Chat just to verify if something was done. As a result, our workflows and handoffs are now practically seamless.

  ### 4. Highly Customizable CRM That Keeps Deals, Tasks, and Pipelines Perfectly Organized

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karolina G. | LOA, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 12, 2026

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

What I like most about monday CRM is how customizable it is. It keeps my team, tasks, and pipelines organized in one place, automates repetitive work, and makes it easy to track every deal from start to finish. It saves time, improves communication, and helps ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

Overall, I’ve had a good experience with monday CRM, but there are a few things I’d improve. Some automations and integrations take time to learn, and setting up complex workflows can feel overwhelming at first. I also wish some CRM features required less customization out of the box, especially for mortgage and real estate workflows.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

monday CRM helps me keep my real estate and mortgage workflows organized in one place. It tracks leads, contracts, deadlines, follow-ups, and tasks so nothing gets missed. The automations reduce manual work, improve communication with my team, and save me time, allowing me to focus more on serving clients and growing my business.

  ### 5. CRM + Work Management All-in-One Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David S. | Workplace Systems Architect (monday.com tech dude), Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 12, 2026

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

Monday CRM has an elegant way of letting items (and subitems) relate to each other. I can connect my organizations to my contacts, my projects, and more, which makes it easy to keep everything linked in one place. In my opinion, Monday’s pricing is relatively low, especially considering it combines both project management and CRM features.

Support is quick and attentive, and they also seem to genuinely listen to user feedback. There are frequent updates and improvements to the platform. I really enjoy the Gmail integration, too as I’m able to track all relevant emails within the monday E&A, and the whole emailing system feels simple and easy to use. I can create charts and dashboards to better manage our data flow. Automations are intuitive and straightforward to create and manage, especially their Workflows automation process, which runs insanely quickly. It takes only seconds to run a full workflow of automations, even when it contains 100 action blocks. Workflows is one of monday.com's best features by far.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

Sometimes, when there’s a lot of noise, the app can feel a bit slow. I also think the heavy focus on AI is unnecessary; while AI can be helpful, I’d rather see more practical, truly needed features added instead.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can review our applications in the most efficient way possible, combining both a CRM and work management platform into one solution. Our boards talk to each other. Our data talk to each other. We can find all the information we need quickly. It's really an all-in-one solution.

  ### 6. monday.com CRM Streamlines Our RCM with Easy Forms and Team-Wide Visibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sandi B. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

I own a Revenue Cycle Management company. monday.com CRM helps me run my RCM smoothly for the following reasons: Form creation for my customers were easy to make and easy to edit when changes take place.
Follow up, following up insurance claims and having the whole team track them makes communication easy. And Mail & Activities... my very favorite! All messages to our customers from any one of my team is seen by the whole team, which cuts down on duplicate work and gets all of us on the same page!

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

I would love to see estimated down time, when there are issues with the site. This morning, for example, you got the site back up quickly, but the automations, which are key to our daily work, were still not working. I get that sites go down, that's not a biggie, monday.com rarely does, but letting your customer know approximate times, may allow us to perhaps do an impromptu staff meeting while waiting for things to work again.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TEAM all being on the same page, all the time. monday.com has solved the issue that my team had, we are all working remotely and we are now PAPER-FREE because of monday.com! Because of the CRM my staff can work from anywhere at any time of the day or night. My revenue comes in much more regularly now, than before we started using monday.com

  ### 7. Great tool for keeping our intake process organised

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Donna L. | Office Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

What I like best about monday CRM is how easy it is to keep our intake process organised and visible. We have been using it to support our intake workflow, including completing forms, tracking where each person is up to, and making sure they are properly registered.

The most helpful part is that everything can be kept in one place, so it reduces the risk of missing steps or losing information. It also makes it easier for the team to see what has been completed, what still needs action, and who is responsible for the next step.

The biggest upside for us is that it helps create a more consistent and streamlined intake process. It saves time, improves communication, and gives us a clear overview of each person’s progress from enquiry through to registration.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

What I dislike about monday CRM is that it can take a bit of time to set up properly so it works the way you need it to. There are a lot of features and options, which is great, but it can also feel a little overwhelming at the start.

Some parts of the process can feel a bit clunky, especially when you are trying to customise forms, workflows, or automations to match a specific intake process. It works well once everything is set up, but getting it right can take some trial and error.

The other downside is that if the boards are not maintained properly, it can become messy quite quickly. So it does need clear processes and regular updates to make sure the information stays accurate and useful.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

monday CRM is helping us solve the problem of managing our intake process across different steps, forms and follow-ups. Before using it, it could be harder to clearly see where each person was up to and what still needed to be completed.

It benefits us by keeping the intake process more organised and easier to track. We can see what stage someone is at, what forms have been completed, what information is missing, and what needs to happen next.

This helps reduce the chance of things being missed, improves communication within the team, and makes the overall process more consistent. It also saves time because everything is easier to find and manage in one place, which supports a smoother experience for both staff and the people we are onboarding.

  ### 8. Clean Interface, Easy Sharing, and Dashboards That Keep Me on Track

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erin L. | eLearning Developer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

The best thing about monday is that it stores basically anything and everything you need. It's a clean interface. It's easy to share with other coworkers. It keeps me on top of my work with the use of dashboards.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

Sometimes monday is a little slow, but that might just be my computer instead of monday. My company only allows so many integrations and I wish it could integrate more with other things I would utilize to streamline my work.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping in alignment with my coworkers about timelines and workflows. I can see exactly where a project is in the workflow and how I can support other team members with their work. It acts as a hub for us to find important information that we can then share with stakeholders.

  ### 9. AI-Powered, Flexible CRM That Streamlines Workflows and Team Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tamara R. | IT assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

I find it very useful because of its AI-powered features, which make creating forms, workflows, and automations smooth. It’s easy to collaborate with team members, keep information organised, and manage tasks in one place. The platform is multifunctional and flexible, making it suitable for a wide range of business and project management needs.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

One thing I dislike is that the layout and setup can take some time to get used to at first, and editing the forms can feel a bit finicky at times. However, once you become familiar with the platform, it becomes much easier to navigate and use effectively.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One problem it has helped solve is creating quotes for exhibitors who would like to work with us, as well as improving our automation processes. We previously had issues with how we were going to use forms externally, but Monday CRM has helped a great deal by making external forms and data collection much more manageable.

  ### 10. Great Visual, Flexible CRM—But Pricing and Advanced Reporting Feel Restrictive

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Giulia P. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

The best thing about Monday CRM is its visual interface. The Kanban-style boards with drag-and-drop cards make it very easy to see the status of each deal at a glance. Plus, it’s very flexible and adapts well to your way of working

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

The pricing model is quite rigid because you have to buy user licenses in fixed seat blocks rather than paying per individual user. Also, some advanced reporting features are locked behind the most expensive tiers.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monday CRM solves the problem of scattered customer data and lack of team visibility. Before, our deal updates were trapped in messy spreadsheets and emails. It benefits us by putting all client communication and pipeline statuses into one shared space, keeping the whole team aligned.

  ### 11. Reminders and Automations That Keep Me Organized and Efficient

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cece M. | account executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

That I can create reminders to ensure I stay organized and remain on top of follow ups. Also creating automations to customize my workflows in a way that works specifically for me and to make my processes more efficient. Lastly, that I can track emails and see when they were opened/how many times so I can track engagement.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

That sometimes I dont know how to use certain features and theres not information available on how to use the features

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps me see the client lifecycle, how long it takes to get a client from being a prospect to moving throughout the pipeline, to converting. I use that data to figure out how long certain customer times take to convert.

  ### 12. monday CRM Centralizes Projects and Enhances Team Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ram P. | Estimator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

What I like most about monday CRM is how it centralizes project information and strengthens collaboration across teams. It allows us to track quotation requests, monitor project progress, assign responsibilities clearly, and manage deadlines more efficiently.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

One of the least helpful aspects is that some features take multiple clicks to reach, which can slow down routine tasks. Although the platform is highly customizable, configuring and maintaining more complex workflows can be time-consuming, especially for new users.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

monday CRM helps solve the challenge of organizing project information and tracking tasks across different teams. By keeping everything in one platform, it improves visibility, strengthens collaboration, and makes it easier to ensure quotation requests and project milestones are completed on time.

  ### 13. A Single Source of Truth That Saves Us Time

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jack M. | Senior Investment Analyst and Assistant Development Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 12, 2026

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

It’s very helpful to have all my colleagues accessing the same source of truth. Being able to send different enquiries to different groups is also really useful, and it saves us time compared with manually going through an Excel register.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

It hasn’t been rolled out across the company very well. We still can’t link our project/development pages to the main leasing page, which would be extremely helpful. Being able to connect them would let us track leasing enquiries directly on each project page, instead of having to rely on a separate leasing page.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It keeps us accountable and reduces human error in tracking leasing enquiry. This ensures that we respond to all leasing enquiries that come through

  ### 14. Essential Task Scheduler with Room for Feature Growth

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tajai T. | Bookkeeper, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2026

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

I like using monday CRM to schedule tasks because it keeps everything in one place and lets me set clear time frames for each item. I also appreciate being able to set limits on tasks and share them with others when it’s a group effort. That helps us avoid duplicating work and makes responsibilities clear, including when tasks need to be turned in.

Overall, the app has been really beneficial for me. The initial setup was extremely easy, with step-by-step instructions and helpful video how-tos. It supports my workflow by letting me create live documents, calendars, and meetings—basically the tools a business may need to run more smoothly and complete projects on a strict schedule. It also helps when I’m putting together presentations for potential buyers of the products.

monday CRM is a highly visual, customizable CRM that works well for small-to-medium teams. It has a clean, colorful interface with drag-and-drop boards, and the learning curve feels minimal compared to tools like Salesforce, which makes onboarding faster for teams. It’s also one of the most beginner-friendly CRMs I’ve used for team collaboration. It provides stations that can be used to build pipelines, dashboards, and automations, and it has over 200 templates that can be integrated to fit your direct needs. The programs that can be intergrated include but are not limited to Gmail, Outlook, and Slack. These help companies perform in a fast and effiecient matter seamlessly.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

Some of the more advanced task helpers aren’t included in certain packages, so you end up having to purchase them for an additional fee. It would be great if there were a package that included all the features without breaking the bank. The company doesn’t offer group rates; instead, it charges per-person rates based on a certain number of personnel. The benefits improve as your monthly payments for users increase, and the artificial intelligence features are also offered differently in each package. It also feels like you have to add a minimum number of users (around three) before anything can really be performed to help the company, and even then some of the more important features are still locked behind higher-paying tiers. The more you want your company to be able to do, the more options are available—but usually for additional per-user fees. If you have fewer people signed up, you have fewer resources to access, and any resources you need require further upgrades, which in layman’s terms means spending more money.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

monday CRM keeps all my tasks in one place, lets me set clear time frames, and helps me avoid doing the same work twice. I can also set task limits and share them when it’s a group effort. Guests or consumers can be added to documents to review the work being completed, make changes, and leave feedback whenever needed. I like that you can visually see your work in real time and share those results wit the client in real time. The performance process is fairly quick and provides excellent ai feedback to help fix any issues in record time.

  ### 15. Efficient CRM with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Political Organization | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

I love the ability to assign tasks and the mass email feature in monday CRM. It allows us to reach out to all of our participants painlessly, drastically reducing the time it would take compared to using Gmail. The ease of organizing and dividing work more efficiently is also a big plus. I find the initial setup to be very quick and easy.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

I wish there was a scheduled send feature, CCing, and the ability to group email recipients into the same thread. Being able to schedule emails is a no-brainer. CCing allows my other team members to see what's moving, and grouping email recipients would enable seamless collaboration between participants in our network. The ties to Israel are alarming, and the platform isn't quite as built up as it needs to be.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

monday CRM helps us organize our organizations, makes contacting people easy, and lets us divide work efficiently. It allows us to reach out to all participants quickly, where it used to take much longer.

  ### 16. Increasing efficiency and knowing data is secure and accessible across a team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

What I like best about monday.com is that it brings all of our information into one place. We've replaced multiple manual spreadsheets with a single, easy-to-use platform, making it much easier to manage projects, track progress and keep everyone aligned.

The real-time collaboration is invaluable. Multiple team members can update tasks, add notes and monitor progress simultaneously, so everyone is always working from the latest information. The search function is also excellent, allowing us to quickly find projects, tasks or client information without wasting time searching through numerous spreadsheets.

Overall, it's saved us time, improved visibility across the team and made project management far more efficient.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

There isn't anything we actively dislike about monday CRM, but there are a few areas that could be improved. As with any feature-rich platform, there can be a learning curve when you're first setting it up, particularly if you're moving from spreadsheets and want to customise workflows. Some of the more advanced automations and reporting also take a bit of time to configure properly.

We'd also welcome even more flexibility in some of the reporting and dashboard features, particularly when pulling together data from multiple boards. That said, once everything is configured, the platform is intuitive to use and has significantly improved the way our team manages projects and client information.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

monday CRM has solved one of our biggest challenges: managing client and project information across multiple spreadsheets. Previously, information was spread across different files, making it difficult to keep data up to date, track progress and ensure everyone was working from the latest version.

By moving everything into monday CRM, we've created a single source of truth for our team. We can easily track opportunities, projects and client interactions, assign responsibilities, monitor progress in real time and quickly find the information we need using the search function. This has reduced manual administration, improved collaboration across the team and given us much better visibility of workloads and project status. As a result, we've become more efficient, make better-informed decisions and spend less time managing data and more time delivering for our clients.

  ### 17. Streamlined Organization, But Setup Challenges

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manish C. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

I use monday CRM mainly to keep all my leads and artist conversations organized in one place, which helps to segregate and keep track of them, especially regarding which conversation pipeline they are in. The biggest benefit has been the clarity and structured workflow, resulting in less of a mental load and more visualization of engagements with collectors and artists. I personally like how easy it is to understand everything at a glance. The visual boards and pipeline make it easy to know where my leads and deals stand. It's also customizable, allowing me to change stage fields and automation, which is another strong point for me as I don’t have to switch platforms for that.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

I think the reporting is not as great as it's supposed to be. The reporting is decent, but if you want very deep analytics or highly advanced sales forecasting, it can feel basic compared to some other enterprise CRM. Another thing is that some advanced features are locked into higher pricing tiers, so if my team grows, the cost can rise significantly faster than expected. Not at all easy, definitely not easy.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use monday CRM to organize leads and conversations from multiple platforms. It centralizes tracking, reduces mental load, and offers a clear, structured workflow for managing collectors, artist applications, and partnerships.

  ### 18. Effortless Organization and Collaboration with Monday CRM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2025

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

Monday CRM stands out for its simple and visual design that helps teams stay organized and connected. You can easily manage leads, contacts, and projects in one place while seeing progress in real time. The system allows you to create custom boards that fit your workflow, making it easy to track churches, partners, or events without getting lost in complicated tools.

It also offers strong collaboration and automation features that save time. Team members can comment, tag each other, and share files directly on each board. Automated reminders and email integrations help ensure nothing falls through the cracks, while dashboards give quick insight into performance and outreach efforts.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

Monday CRM can get costly if your team needs more features or extra users. Some people find the mobile app less smooth than the desktop version. - YEs

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monday CRM helps keep all our contacts, projects, and communication in one place. It makes it easier to track progress, assign tasks, and follow up without losing important details. The system also saves time by automating reminders and organizing information clearly so everyone stays on the same page.

  ### 19. Monday.com Helps us stay organized and aligned as a team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Allon M. | CSM Team Lead, Telecommunications, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

We’ve been using Monday.com to manage our day-to-day work, and it’s made a real difference for our team.

It keeps everything organized, well-documented, and visible, so it’s much easier to stay aligned and on top of tasks. The UI is clean and intuitive, which makes adoption across the team very smooth.

I also really like the integrations—it connects well with other tools we use and helps reduce manual work by keeping everything in sync.

Next step for us is bringing AI into the workflows, which I think will be a game changer in terms of automation and insights.

Overall, Monday.com has become a key part of how we run our operations.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

Monday isn't perfect. It takes time to set things up properly, and without a clear structure, it can get messy pretty quickly. Also, some of the more useful features are locked behind higher plans, so costs can add up as the team grows.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monday CRM is mainly solving the problem of scattered information and lack of visibility.

Before, a lot of customer data, tasks, and follow-ups were spread across emails, notes, and different tools. It made it harder to track what’s going on and easy for things to slip.

With Monday, everything is in one place—pipeline, communication, tasks—so it’s much easier to understand the full picture at any given moment. It also creates accountability, since everyone knows what they own and what needs to happen next.

For me, the biggest benefit is visibility and control. I can quickly see where things stand, spot gaps, and make sure the team is moving in the right direction without chasing updates all the time.

  ### 20. Real-Time Pipeline Visibility and Confident Forecasting with Monday CRM

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Furniture | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

Before Monday CRM, it was difficult to get a complete picture of our opportunities and active work. Now, we have real-time visibility into potential projects, projects currently underway, and our future pipeline. The platform has streamlined our processes, improved accountability, and given us confidence in our forecasting and resource planning.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

One of the biggest challenges with Monday CRM is that its greatest strength - customization - can also be a drawback. The platform is incredibly flexible, but getting it configured to match our business processes required a significant investment of time and effort. We spent months refining workflows, automations, dashboards, and reporting, and ultimately hired a developer to help us fully implement our vision. While the end result has been worth it, organizations should be prepared for a substantial setup and learning curve if they want to take full advantage of everything the platform has to offer.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monday CRM is delivering value is workload management and forecasting. By tracking opportunities alongside active projects, we're beginning to gain a much clearer picture of both current team capacity and future resource needs. Having visibility into potential projects before they become active work allows us to anticipate staffing demands, balance workloads more effectively, and make more informed decisions about hiring and resource allocation. As we continue to refine our processes, this forecasting capability is becoming an increasingly valuable tool for planning and supporting sustainable growth.

  ### 21. "A fast, highly intuitive CRM that keeps workflows seamlessly integrated.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Gambling & Casinos | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

What I like best about monday CRM is its highly visual and intuitive interface, which makes it incredibly easy for the team to adopt compared to traditional, rigid CRMs. Additionally, its powerful no-code automation builder and endless customization options allow us to tailor pipelines and eliminate manual data entry in minutes.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

First, it is built on top of a project management platform, meaning it lacks some native, heavy-duty sales features out of the box. Setting up advanced sales tools, like deep data enrichment, complex territory management, or multi-currency reporting, requires a lot of manual configuration and workarounds.

Second, the pricing structure can be frustrating. Monday.com enforces strict user-seat tiers (like buying access for groups of 3, 5, or 10 users). This means if you only need to add one extra sales rep to your team, you are often forced to pay for an entire higher tier of unused seats.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monday CRM solves the problem of disconnected workflows and sluggish manual updates by seamlessly consolidating all our external communication tools into a fast, highly responsive pipeline, allowing the team to sync data in real time without performance delays.

  ### 22. Highly Flexible Platform with Strong Automations, Reporting, and Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Building Materials | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 12, 2026

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

Very flexible product, it can be used for so many different solutions and has good automations, reporting and integrations

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

As it is so big, it is beyond me to and there are a lot of small changes you can do to each section, which can make it feel a bit over whelming but there is good help from external suppliers connected with Monday who can help mould for you

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our sales team are now adding more information than ever before about clients and projects. This helps the other teams know how to proceed better for various issues that can arise in a project like design information found in the email communications between client and sales, use of the photos from site, to noting the projects build and compliance pathway. Project visibility throughout the whole team and whole process our projects go through is the biggest problem Monday is solving. It has taken some months to build the right flow for each project with relevant tasks per user but the outcome is very positive. This means the projects are less likely to be stuck or miss placed due to lack of action. The alert for managers and team are useful reminders for them to get that older project moving again. The solid reporting is also helpful giving more accurate and real time feedback to managers to help spot issues earlier.

  ### 23. Intuitive Interface and Efficient Automation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Justin K. | Co Host, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

I like that monday CRM is fairly intuitive to use and offers automation features that help me be more efficient. The automation saves me time, and I'm experimenting with agents to increase efficiency further. The platform offers some flexibility with different ways to complete similar tasks. I also appreciate the comfortable user interface for daily use. As a graphic designer, I value the good user interface and experience, which makes monday CRM user-friendly compared to the product we moved from, 17 Hats.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

I'd prefer a more granulated pricing structure that would allow me to add features that I don't have right now, without having to slide up to a whole new tier.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use monday CRM for managing business contacts and nurturing leads. It helps me be more efficient with automation, saving time on repetitive tasks. The flexibility and intuitive interface make daily use comfortable.

  ### 24. Customizable Workflows and Great Tracking, but Limited Chat, Integrations, and AI

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Janelle N. | Content Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

The customizability and project workflow. It works for both simple and more complex projects alike, and the dedicated comments section makes it easy to keep everything tracked within the platform. It’s also easy to add doc links within the given fields, which helps when these are critical to the nature of a project.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

There are some limitations, especially when it comes to chat, integration with other apps, and AI features.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can easily find the projects I’m specifically assigned to and locate the necessary docs right within the task. This is essential for my writing work, and I really appreciate the automatic status update when something is “ready for review.”

  ### 25. Organized Boards and AI Automations, but Also Some Cons

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

What I like best is probably the overall organization. The color-coating and different status types make things feel organized. I also like the AI automations feature since it helps to make everything flow well.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

It can get a little complicated to figure out some of the setup/automations. Trying to get information to properly duplicate between boards can get complex. The thing I dislike the most about the CRM is that we were told it integrates with Outlook. They left out the part that it doesn't work with our version of Outlook. It only integrates with a specific version of Outlook. We can work around it, except that every "email and activity" screen is designed for the integration. I have to remind our users that they can't click "new email" or "schedule meeting" because we don't actually have that option.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping our team stay organized. We specifically decided to use a CRM to help with follow up on leads/customers. It definitely helps solve that issue because of the many automated reminders/workflows.

  ### 26. Great for Managing Sales Pipelines and Business Processes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

What I like most about monday CRM is how customizable it is while still being easy to use. We use it to manage leads, sales pipelines, projects, and client workflows, and it's simple to tailor boards, views, and automations to match different business processes without needing custom development.

The automation features have probably had the biggest impact on my workflow. Repetitive tasks like updating statuses, creating follow-up items, sending notifications, and syncing data happen automatically, which saves a significant amount of manual work and reduces human error.

I also appreciate how well it integrates with other tools. Connecting monday CRM with platforms like Make, Google Workspace, Outlook, and other business applications has allowed us to build end-to-end workflows instead of relying on disconnected systems.

The interface is clean and intuitive, making it easy for both technical and non-technical team members to get up to speed quickly. Features like dashboards, timeline views, and customizable reports also make it much easier to track progress and keep stakeholders informed.

Overall, monday CRM has helped streamline our processes, improve collaboration across teams, and make our workflows much more efficient.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

One area where monday CRM could improve is the flexibility of some of its native automations and reporting features. While the built-in automation recipes cover many common use cases, more complex business processes often require third-party platforms like Make or custom API integrations to achieve the desired functionality.

Reporting and dashboards are useful, but creating highly customized or cross-board reports can sometimes be limiting compared to dedicated business intelligence tools. I would also like to see more advanced filtering and analytics available out of the box.

Another improvement would be expanding AI capabilities. The current AI features are promising, but I'd like to see them become more integrated into everyday CRM tasks, such as generating sales insights, identifying risks in pipelines, and providing smarter workflow recommendations.

Overall, these aren't deal-breakers, and the platform continues to evolve with regular updates. The strengths of monday CRM outweigh these limitations, but addressing them would make an already strong product even better.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using monday CRM, a lot of our customer information, sales activities, and project updates were spread across spreadsheets, emails, and multiple tools. This made it difficult to track progress, follow up consistently, and maintain visibility across the team.

With monday CRM, we've centralized our sales pipeline, client communication, and project workflows into a single platform. Custom automations handle repetitive tasks such as updating statuses, assigning work, sending notifications, and syncing information with other applications, which has significantly reduced manual effort and the risk of missed follow-ups.

The integrations with tools like Make, Google Workspace, and Outlook have allowed us to build connected workflows instead of constantly switching between platforms. Real-time dashboards and reporting also give the team better visibility into pipeline health, workload, and project progress, helping us make faster, more informed decisions.

Overall, monday CRM has improved collaboration, standardized our processes, and saved several hours of manual work each week, allowing the team to focus more on delivering value to clients rather than managing administrative tasks.

  ### 27. mondayCRM Makes Custom Workflows Easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

What I like about mondayCRM is how easy it is to customize around our unique workflows. We’re not boxed into traditional layouts or rigid pipelines, so we can set things up in a way that actually fits how we work.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

-It’s difficult to connect updates across different items. For example, if I post an update for Contact A and Contact B from the same Company X, both updates should roll up into Company X’s updates section.

-The Emails and Activities area is also very restrictive: we can’t add comments, and we can’t link activities across different items.

-Finally, the workload graph isn’t intuitive enough.

- No solution for language barrier in the system

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking tasks’ progress in one shared board makes it much easier to get a clear overview of all planned and completed activities across different projects. I also like the Updates feature, since it keeps a single history record for all client engagement activities.

  ### 28. Easy-to-Use CRM with Plenty of Integrations and Fair Pricing

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 05, 2026

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

Ease of use: it’s not overly complicated like a lot of other CRMs on the market. There are heaps of integrations available, which makes it easier to streamline processes and keep things running smoothly. Unlike other CRMs, they aren’t trying to increase your subscription fees every time you click on a feature.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

There isn’t really anything that stands out as a dislike. To be fair, I haven’t had the time to spend exploring potential features or looking for fixes for things we don’t currently have in place. That said, some of the templates for items like invoices and quotes feel quite basic. I know there are integrations, so there’s probably a solution there that I’m just not using yet, but it would still be great if the standard built-in templates looked more professional and covered the basic essentials out of the box.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The visuals are fantastic. Tracking our monthly sales is essential for us, and it’s just as important to have clear visibility into what’s in our pipeline. We also appreciate being able to see what we’ve lost and the reasons behind it. The way the platform seamlessly links clients to companies when it recognises domains/emails is great, too. Before using Monday.com, we struggled to capture all of this easily because our previous CRM made reporting incredibly difficult.

  ### 29. Easy Board-Based Sales Funnel Management with Great Zapier Integration and Value

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lisa B. | Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

Easy to navigate and create different boards for different stages of our sales funnel, allowing us to link boards as well making information easy to find.
It also integrates easily with Zapier to capture our leads more efficiently and compared to other CRMS I've used it's super competitive on price and value for money.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

Would be handy to have a way to create a contact automatically from a board to store their email and phone number.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monday CRM helps us keep all of our client files in the one location. Follow along on the customer journey and notify users when they have a task to complete

  ### 30. Monday CRM: A Simple, Low-Cost Way to Track and Customize Your Sales Pipeline

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

Monday CRM is a good starting point because it gives us a simple, low-cost way to start organizing sales without overcomplicating things. Instead of jumping into a big expensive CRM right away, we can bootstrap the process, build the structure we need, and improve it as we go.

For sales, the biggest value is that it lets us actually track what is happening. We can see who we contacted, what stage they are in, when to follow up, what deals are active, and where opportunities are getting stuck. That gives us data instead of guessing.

It is also easy to customize. We can build boards around our exact sales process: new leads, contacted, follow-up needed, proposal sent, won, lost, or revisit later. That makes it practical for day-to-day use, especially when we are still building out the sales system.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

Monday is great as a starter CRM, but it can get messy if everyone doesn’t use it the same way. Because it’s so customizable, you need discipline with stages, notes, follow-ups, and data entry, or the board can become cluttered fast.

It also isn’t as advanced as a full sales CRM like HubSpot or Salesforce. Some things like deep reporting, email tracking, contact history, automation, and forecasting may not be as smooth unless you build them out properly.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monday CRM is helping solve the problem of having sales activity spread out across notes, emails, spreadsheets, and memory. Before using it, it was harder to clearly track who was contacted, what stage each lead was in, who needed a follow-up, and what opportunities were actually moving forward.

Now, we can keep leads, follow-ups, proposals, and deal stages in one place. It gives us a simple sales pipeline where we can see what is active, what needs attention, and where deals are getting stuck. That makes the sales process much more organized and easier to manage day to day.

  ### 31. Efficient and User-Friendly with Minor Performance Challenges

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bilawal B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

I like using monday CRM because it keeps everything in one place, making it easier for team members from different departments to see relevant information without having to go through multiple sources. This really helps to reduce the duplication of work, so when an accountant needs information from a sales rep, it's already there. The user-friendly interface is a big plus, as it's easy to navigate and makes understanding the workflow of the software simple. I find the interface clean and clear, making it easy on the eyes and easy to locate the information required. The initial setup of monday CRM was very easy and simple, which was a relief.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

Sometimes the CRM feels slow and clogged. It takes time to load the information, and there's a delay between the keystroke and the action happening, especially when switching between different information frequently.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use monday CRM to track installations and paperwork. It centralizes information, reducing duplication and easing interdepartmental flow. The user-friendly interface simplifies navigation, making it easier to find required information.

  ### 32. Intuitive Integration and Excellent Automated Responses

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Myrna Z. | adm de sistemas, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

I love the intuitive way of generating boards in monday CRM and its integration with other platforms. I find it really useful how email information automatically arrives on a board, which allows for concentrating information and not losing track. Additionally, the automated responses to clients and prospects using AI are very good. The initial setup of monday CRM was also quite simple.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

I only have the issue that to automate my emails they must be from Microsoft or Google, and if I have my own mail server, I cannot integrate them into the automations.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Monday CRM to track sales and administrative tasks. It helps me handle customer requests in an orderly manner and track payments. Email information is automatically consolidated into boards and automated responses are generated, which is very good.

  ### 33. Highly Customizable Workspaces With Seamless Slack Notifications

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim W. | Programmatic Media Buyer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

What I like most of Monday is the customizability. I am able to create a customer work place that fits my daily needs that differ from much of my team's. This help me organize relevant assignments and quickly review any updates. The integration with Slack has also been a great way to streamline notifications so we don't miss a thing.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

Pricing is a bit higher than other CRM's, but it is worth it if your team needs better orginization.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest thing Monday CRM is solving is creating an easy to understand work space where we can have the AI help optimize the layout.

  ### 34. Streamlined Team Collaboration and Task Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew G. | Maintenance Technician, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2026

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

I like using monday CRM for collaborating with teams and projects, and it helps in building out a social media calendar. I appreciate keeping everything in a central location for teams and the ability to track progress. I enjoy the ease of use and rearrangement of tasks. The color coding and simplification of routine tasks are also features that I find valuable. It helps me stay aware of projected timelines and communicate with teammates about high-value projects. The initial setup was easy, especially with the available support, which is a plus.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

Nothing that I’m aware of right now. It’s a great product.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use monday CRM to keep everything in a central location for teams, maintain awareness of timelines, and communicate about projects. It helps with collaborating on projects and building out a social media calendar.

  ### 35. Powerful Flexibility to Run Operations and Sales Exactly How You Want

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elisa A. | Chief of Staff, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

I can create exactly what I want to run both operations and sales

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

The new upgrade doesn't allow me to search multilple boards against one name and still have the seacr running, as in I search for "john doe" and then I click to update one board, when I exit that board to then update another board I have to run the same search again, before I could go back and forward mantaining the "john doe" name

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What I mentioned on the last questions, the ability to search a client across boards and not have to re do the search everytime I enter a specif board

  ### 36. Versatile CRM That Unifies Our Workflow

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Artem S. | Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

I think I like how versatile monday CRM is. Something that works really well is how I can connect boards to each other and have a hub board that connects all the boards together. This setup provides a better overview, and I think this works really well for me.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

For the automations in monday CRM, there are not enough conditions for our industry or business needs. I find there aren't enough options, especially with updates written on the items. For instance, I'd like an update to automatically be written when a certain condition is met in a ticket, but there's no such option. Also, the initial setup was not easy until many teams actively started using it, and it only became clearer over time.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find it solves the chaos of my incoming tickets.

  ### 37. Highly Customizable and Easy to Implement CRM

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Memory B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

I love that monday CRM can be used across all departments, allowing us to each add in our connections with each contact. It's great that we can read and see what has been done or said to contacts in the past. I really like the CRM's customizability with tags and columns. The initial setup was very easy, and everything imported well, although setting up the customization features took a little bit of time but was well worth the effort.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

There isn't much to dislike, anything it lacks can be made up with the customization offerings.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With monday CRM, we track all contacts, improving inter-departmental use and keeping comprehensive records. It helps us prepare for presentations and conversations with past interactions. The CRM's customization with tags and columns enhances our tracking system.

  ### 38. Versatile CRM with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Relo K. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

I use monday CRM to create survey forms, which is quite useful for gathering details from our customers and clients. I also use it to plan our marketing calendar and track how customers are interacting with our website. I'm comfortable with using monday CRM and I enjoy using it.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

The only thing with monday CRM forms is having sections. I think it'll be very useful to have sections. So let me say, like, personal details and then after personal details, people list their personal details. Obviously, there'll be questions there. Then after personal details, then we get on to the more important stuff. It will be very appreciated if monday.com could think of any sections in the forms.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use monday CRM to create survey forms, plan our marketing calendar, and track customer interactions with our website.

Monday makes it easy to keep track of all of our leads, their current status and ensure that no one slips through the cracks

Monday CRM allows all members of the team to access vital information about our clients in one centralized location. We can view all the of the meeting times and email communications and know exactly where we are with each lead

A lot of the best features are behind a pay-wall or a paid app on the marketplace.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlined communication, company scaling, email tracking and mass email sending, email sequences, sales tracking, etc.

  ### 41. Customizable Dashboards That Keep Our Team Organized

Monday CRM fulfills all of my team's needs for scheduling and tracking. The customizable dashboards are very helpful and allows us to stay organized and track various projects and metrics.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

At times the system runs a bit slow and entering information can take more time than I feel that it should. I find that this happens in the middle of the day when there are several team members making updates in the system.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monday CRM has been extremely helpful in keeping me organized and up to speed on various projects and metrics.

  ### 42. Effortlessly Manage IT Data with monday CRM

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** maor c. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

I find monday CRM to be a much faster way to handle data. The app's mobile version is easy to use, allowing me to review my data from anywhere on any device. I like that it's a great platform for accessing IT information, like serial numbers of laptops and desktops, and managing emails of employees. The setup was pretty easy too, as it supports importing data from Excel files straight into monday.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

They need to give end users more permissions to change things. There should be more options for ownership and permissions, not just read-only or modify some of the things.

**What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

monday CRM offers a faster way to handle and access data, making it easy to use on mobile devices. I store secure IT info like serial numbers and emails, which I can review from anywhere.

  ### 43. Flexible, Easy-to-Use CRM with Custom Workflows

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carl N. | CSIS Web Design Instructor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2025

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

I really appreciate monday CRM because it's flexible and easy to use. The platform is highly customizable, allowing us to adapt workflows, dashboards, and automations to fit our specific needs. I can tailor these features to match how our departments work, rather than changing our processes to fit the software. I also find the custom dashboards incredibly useful since they provide a clear view of project tasks and key metrics, which makes it easy to track progress and identify priorities. Additionally, setting it up was quite easy since most of the documentation was readily available online, and the standard templates and simple bots helped us get up and running quickly.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

One area where the CRM could be improved is reporting analytics. I believe there could be a learning curve in setting up complex automations or workflows for the first time, making it easier. Additionally, highly customized bots would occasionally take extra effort to maintain. It will be helpful to have more advanced reporting options built directly into the platform, especially for combining data across multiple boards, which need additional workarounds. The main challenge with more complex setups is that they can become difficult to visualize and troubleshoot when multiple conditions and actions are layered together. It's not always immediately clear how these setups behave in practice. A more guided setup experience along with better previews of how automations will run in various scenarios will reduce the learning curve and make it easier for new users to build reliable workflows.

I use monday CRM to improve collaboration across departments. It's flexible and easy to use, allowing us to customize workflows, dashboards, and automations to fit our needs, which helps track progress and identify priorities.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about monday CRM?**

What I like best about monday CRM is its intuitive and highly customizable interface for managing client relationships, pipelines, and team collaboration. From an account management perspective, it makes it easy to track deals, follow-ups, onboarding, and renewals in one centralized platform.

The automation features save time on repetitive tasks, and the dashboards provide strong visibility into account activity and team progress. I also appreciate the seamless integrations with email and calendar tools, which help streamline communication and workflow management.

**What do you dislike about monday CRM?**

One downside of monday CRM is that some of the more advanced reporting, automation, and customization features can take time to fully learn and configure. While the platform is very flexible, setting up complex workflows can feel overwhelming for newer users.

I also think pricing can increase quickly as teams scale and require additional integrations or advanced functionality. At times, certain views or dashboards can become cluttered when managing a large volume of accounts and activities.

The automation features help cut down on manual work, the dashboards give clear visibility into progress and performance, and the overall flexibility lets teams tailor the CRM to their specific business processes without a heavy technical dependency.

One drawback of monday CRM is that some of its more advanced CRM and reporting capabilities may require extra setup and customization to fully align with complex business workflows. Pricing can also become costly as teams grow, especially when adding more users or opting into premium features. In addition, some integrations and automations may feel limited compared with more specialized enterprise CRM platforms.
