What I like most about monday CRM is that it maintains the visual and flexible nature of monday Work Management, but with a structure clearly oriented towards sales. From my work in pre-sales, this helps me adapt the pipeline to each team's selling style and clearly show what stage each opportunity is at, who manages it, and what the next step is.
I also appreciate that it can connect with email, WhatsApp, or an ERP, depending on what the client needs. And the AI part is what excites me the most, with Vibe you can create an app for a specific commercial flow, and with agents, you can automate parts of the work, like preparing a summary before a meeting or supporting the follow-up of an opportunity.
In the scenarios I've evaluated, it seems to offer a good balance between price and flexibility compared to some competitors, plus, the interface is clean and enjoyable to showcase in a demo.
When I prepare demos, I can smoothly transition from the pipeline to the details of an opportunity and back to the general view. To present the CRM to a new team, I find it effective to start with a simple walkthrough, create a lead, convert it into an opportunity, and show how to follow up, so the team first understands the commercial flow before diving into automations or integrations.
In the demos I prepare, the pipeline loads quickly and responds well when applying filters by stage or responsible party, allowing me to locate an opportunity and open its details without interrupting the conversation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I would improve are the default reports. They are quite good for seeing how a pipeline is doing, but when I want to combine opportunities from several teams into a single dashboard, I have to spend more time organizing the boards and setting the filters correctly.
I would like there to be more report templates and a startup guide with an example of several pipelines. Something that teaches you which fields are best kept the same from the start and how to bring them to the same dashboard, because if you decide that only when you're asked for the report, you have to go back and rearrange what you've already set up.
