The support options have been amazing as well. Quick response times, and I even encountered a situation where one of the operators recorded an entire video explaining how to resolve a unique issue. I've had no issues integrating my boards into external projects through the ability to simply export and convert them into Excel docs. Not to mention zero performance issues, no data loss, or stuttering. I'm loyal to this software for all my projects moving forward. My only real issue has been during the interactions with AI while trying to refine and make updates to an existing work form. You have to be organized about what you're doing and how but you can truly adapt it to any situation. Its web based so you can access it anywhere and its very collaborative. The automations make life much simpler, and I use an app from the marketplace to make the tool even more collaborative and easy to use. **What do you dislike about monday AI Work Platform?** There are only really 3 things I dislike about Monday work management: 1. reliability- there haven't been many times that Monday.com was down or experiencing difficulty (2 over the course of 1.5 years) but when it is down, it's a huge problem because I do everything on the platform. 2. the necessity to use an outside tool to truly collaborate from board to board. I use the same item, multiple boards app which essentially allows you to truly mirror a line from one board/workspace to another. Mirroring lines doesn't do the trick. This costs us an additional $500/month but has been key to making collaboration successful on this platform. 3. I feel like Monday.com started out as a tool for marketers but now they've gotten away from that. When I look online for advice on setting up boards and workflows for an in house marketing team, I get almost no results and what results I do get tend to be for agencies, not in house teams. I continue to struggle as our team and needs evolve but I work it out through trial and error every time. 4. Not great support- When I was struggling with how to set something up once, I reached out to our Monday.com rep and she offered nothing helpful. She didn't truly listen to my needs and challenges and offered the same advice a high level google search would. All things that I had already tried. No alternatives were suggested and she just stopped returning my emails. I felt like I was bothering her. Our tech stack is pretty deep and I experience much better support from other platforms, despite having an enterprise account with Monday.com. **What problems is monday AI Work Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have to juggle a lot of campaigns/projects at the same time. Monday work management helps to make sure I am mindful of dates, don't miss any crucial steps, collaborate with others as needed and have a place to communicate about these projects/campaigns that captures everything all in one place. That way, if a status or due date changes, it updates everywhere automatically—no more chasing people down for updates or asking, “Where are we on this?” The Timeline and Gantt views are also really useful because they’re easy to adjust and make it clear how everything connects. For example, we can immediately see that a technical SEO fix needs to be completed before new CMS pages go live. Having that visibility has reduced a lot of last-minute scrambling. We also use dashboards to pull in live data, so during monthly reviews stakeholders can quickly see where things stand. Support is also great, prompt to respond and helpful to accomplish the goal. you can customize your work flow to fit what you need, rather than the typical "out of the box" type of work flow mgmt software. never experience any significant lags or performance errors. occasionally there's an update that might pause automations for a half hour or so, but it picks up when the update is done. Pricing is a bit higher than the competition, but monday.com team seems eager to make that price worth the difference. My absolute favorite feature is the ability to set up work flows across multiple departments in our company and those work flows can pull/push information to/from each other to improve communication and efficiency across our company. **What do you dislike about monday AI Work Platform?** file storage is no good. in fact, it's garbage. Monday.com's ability to integrate with other apps effectively is their saving grace.
