I like that I can color coordinate the titles and add multiple status types as well as custom notifications and public links to boards. Recommendations to others considering monday AI Work Platform: Do not buy a tool like this until you know exactly what you want it to do and have a plan for implementing it. We use monday.com as a task management tool as well as a way for clients to submit requests and see what the status is on different tasks. This way they have a dashboard available to them 24/7.
