What do you like best about monday AI Work Platform?

I like that it’s already integrated with my Monday boards and workflows. It understands exactly what I’m referring to in my prompts, and it also works well for tasks outside the platform, such as sending reminder or follow-up emails through the Outlook integration. The UI is extremely easy to use, even for team members who aren’t very tech-savvy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday AI Work Platform?

It doesn’t seem to have a central place where I can configure everything. I have one agent in one workspace and another agent in a different workspace, and as an admin I have to dig through the settings just to see which agents exist. Overall, there doesn’t really seem to be a central home for managing them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is monday AI Work Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's helping users that aren't proficient in AI or automations create what they need without having to reach out to an internal source and get help. It allows them to work more independently and save time on manual work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
