It's designed to make it easy to work with insurance carriers and clients, with automatic downloads from most insurance carriers and a notes section that stays resident on the client's home page for easy reference. There seem to be too many choices when it comes to how to file documents. I can file them under the actual policy, or in the general documents. Sometimes I confuse myself. It would help to have a set organization for filing documents. I'm sure I can create it in the program, but it would be unique to my clients and might not be clear to anyone else in my organization that accesses my clients, such as the service reps that access clients for all for the agents in the company. It would also be beneficial to have onsite training when a company first adopts the software, to make integration more seamless. I don't have a lot of time to try and figure things out on my own. There are some YouTube instructionals available, but I haven't seen them. The thing that annoys me the most about the program is that it times out and I have to log back in.
