What do you like best about Mok?

Very easy to create commissions for sales and customer support teams. Complex plans and rules can be easily created. UI of contests is also good, kind of hooks the user to perform better.This product makes it easy to create complex commission plans and helps sales users motivate by gamifying their journey.

What do you dislike about Mok?

Scope of improvement on Customer support and Integration to be more easier.

The product also needs to improve its Mobile responsiveness, sometimes there is a lag. Reports sections needs a bit of overhaul as the reports are not customized on our needs, they are more general. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Mok:

I would suggest to go for it, sales users will really enjoy using this solution. Specially after you move from excel sheets and monthly email for commissions.

What problems is Mok solving and how is that benefiting you?

We create commission plans very easily with Mok, used quotapat earlier. Gamification really helps in improving performance as users like being in a contest and get higher on leaderboard.
