**What do you like best about Mogli?**

Mogli provides a seamless, native Salesforce integration that feels highly intuitive for end users, while still being thoughtfully architected for developers. Their team also brings deep vertical expertise in the nonprofit and K–12 spaces, supported by top-tier onboarding and customer support. Overall, this gives us complete confidence when recommending them to our clients.

**What do you dislike about Mogli?**

Because Mogli is native to Salesforce and highly customizable, keeping up with rapid Salesforce platform updates and evolving carrier compliance regulations requires continuous monitoring. However, their support team is highly responsive whenever we need to navigate these shifts.

**What problems is Mogli solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mogli solves the massive challenge of communication silos and declining email engagement, particularly for nonprofits and schools that need to reach stakeholders instantly. By keeping all text data natively in Salesforce, it gives our clients a single source of truth. Their new Marketing Cloud integration is a huge win for us as a partner... it allows us to seamlessly weave robust text messaging into complex customer journeys and automated marketing campaigns directly within Journey Builder, giving our clients a truly unified multi-channel strategy.

**What do you like best about Mogli?**

The integration it has with Salesforce. As an organization that houses all of its data in Salesforce this feature is super convenient. Its reliable, intuitive and easy to use for staff. With the help of our account rep, we have increased our usage and will be potentially upgrading very soon! For a program as unique as ours, Mogli has been a game-changer for our admissions process. Since building out automated flows and training our staff, we’ve seen a significant increase in member responsiveness compared to traditional email communication and, of course, phone calls (which are slowly becoming a thing of the past!).

The platform is intuitive, and the support team has been incredibly proactive in helping us scale our usage, monitor our metrics, and stay informed about new features that align with our specific use cases. Their partnership has ultimately helped us meet our recruitment goals while making the admissions process more personal, efficient, and seamless for our members!

Mogli has become an essential tool for improving our team’s efficiency and strengthening communication, and the impact doesn’t stop there. I have also expanded its use within our Operations department to eliminate the “telephone game” and reduce siloed communication across our staff and building. We now use Mogli for important announcements such as emergency alerts, inclement weather updates, building closures, and other time-sensitive reminders.

Overall, I couldn’t be happier with this integrated tool and the level of support I receive from my account representative. Mogli has truly transformed the way we communicate, engage, and support our members and team!

**What do you dislike about Mogli?**

This maybe very niche to my Salesforce instance, but the phone number format is tricky if its not entered correctly.

**What problems is Mogli solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mogli is solving our Communication management efforts. Having the connector in the AppExchange is beneficial because our recruiting and admissions teams don't have to send a ton of individual emails or make phone calls all day. They can simply pull of a contact or Lead and send a quick text directly from the record page. Also, it's beneficial to be able to send Bulk sms, it saves my teams time and has proven to be the most effective mode of communication for our contacts.

**What do you like best about Mogli?**

I like that Mogli's interface is easy to use and understand, which means it doesn't require a lot of technical training. This makes it really quick for my partners to learn and enhances the effectiveness of their operations. They can utilize the services to text students one-on-one or send bulk messages easily, which is a big improvement over their previous email-based processes. Texting through Mogli has much higher open rates compared to emails. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy with a clear-cut implementation process, thanks to the supportive account executive who provided quick and thorough responses.

**What do you dislike about Mogli?**

I wish they had more customization for purchasing additional outbound segments.

**What problems is Mogli solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Mogli to enhance my partners' operations by simplifying texting with an easy-to-use interface, requiring minimal technical training, and improving messaging effectiveness due to higher open rates compared to emails.

The native Salesforce integration works exactly as you'd expect, with SMS/MMS messaging living right inside our existing workflow without any clunky workarounds. Ease of use and a responsive support team are big standouts too.

**What do you dislike about Mogli?**

Nothing significant to report. Any minor questions we've had were quickly resolved by their support team.

As a Salesforce implementation partner, we set up Mogli for our clients to handle SMS communications directly within Salesforce. It keeps all messaging logged and visible in one place, eliminates the need for separate tools, and makes it easy for our clients to stay connected with their customers.

**What do you like best about Mogli?**

Both bulk and one-on-one messaging with Mogli is very easy. We've found that it's also very intuitive for our end users to learn and use. It also has more complex automations you can use with Omnichannel and other Salesforce tools.

**What do you dislike about Mogli?**

Depending on the size of the organization, keeping track of gateways/users/permissions and other backend items can be a bit tedious.

**What problems is Mogli solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mogli makes it easy for us to communicate with our contacts, both in bulk and in one-on-one conversation. This makes it easier for us to follow-up with and proactively outreach to them to provide assistance.

**What do you like best about Mogli?**

Mogli is used directly within Salesforce. This allows for all the usual reporting conveniences and prevents employees from having to switch between systems. It also gives the company visibility into all communication with the customer.

**What do you dislike about Mogli?**

It would be helpful if there were more granular settings. We started using the tool with a single team. As we move to pull more teams into the mix, we are having to contend with universal settings.

Using Mogli SMS allows us to meet customers where they are. Our ICP doesn't sit behind a desk, so engagement is challenging.

**What do you like best about Mogli?**

I find Mogli easy to use and it's straightforward to train people on it. The support team is great, and their documentation is helpful. As an implementation partner, it's beneficial for us to be able to set it up and train clients easily. Clients can adopt Mogli without much technical knowledge, which is a plus. The initial setup, especially when integrating with Salesforce, was pretty simple and straightforward. The support from Mogli made the whole process even smoother.

Nothing to note here

**What problems is Mogli solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Mogli to help clients send text message notifications easily. It's simple to train others, requires little technical knowledge, and adoption is smooth.

**What do you like best about Mogli?**

They're tool has a good interface, employees are local.

**What do you dislike about Mogli?**

This company doesn't provide service or support outside of business hours (9 to 5).  If you're a business that needs your service up and running 24 hours, this is not the company for you.  In addition, the expectations they set during onboarding for how long the port would take was wrong.  Find a more mature company and ask about their support hours.

**What problems is Mogli solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've been using SMS to communicate with new and existing students. Mogli SMS is our vendor to facilitate this communication.

**What do you like best about Mogli?**

I like the templates and the ability to bulk email, as well as partner it with pardot for SMS automation. I have also really enjoyed the Mogli team and their willingness and ability to create solutions that work for us.

**What do you dislike about Mogli?**

I think from my end; the WhatsApp integration is lacking. I would like to see more flexibility in that regard, as well as the SMS integration on the mobile app with Salesforce.

**What problems is Mogli solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving lag time on communications with prospective students, resulting in a higher applicant conversion rate.
