What do you dislike about Mogli?

Because Mogli is native to Salesforce and highly customizable, keeping up with rapid Salesforce platform updates and evolving carrier compliance regulations requires continuous monitoring. What problems is Mogli solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mogli solves the massive challenge of communication silos and declining email engagement, particularly for nonprofits and schools that need to reach stakeholders instantly. By keeping all text data natively in Salesforce, it gives our clients a single source of truth. Their new Marketing Cloud integration is a huge win for us as a partner... it allows us to seamlessly weave robust text messaging into complex customer journeys and automated marketing campaigns directly within Journey Builder, giving our clients a truly unified multi-channel strategy.
