I use Modulate Platform for quality speech-to-text with speakers split out. The UI and website are clean and simple, and show me what I need to know and no more. The docs are good, concise, extensive, and clear. It’s quick and easy to navigate, and setup was pretty easy with the docs and API key access. The value is really in the model and the low price. I’ve had quite a few instances where the last few bits of speech for one person get put with another in the diarized model. The last few utterances are misclassified throughout the transcripts.
