What do you like best about Modulate Platform?

I use Modulate Platform for the transcription of clinical audiology sessions in my AI Scribe SAAS, and I'm pleased with its features. Modulate's Velma 2 model provides accurate live transcription with diarization and emotional context, all at a fantastic price point. This solution enables me to provide instant clinical notes and session intelligence to our users. I appreciate their innovation, including the emotional context feature. Modulate beats competitors like Deepgram and Assembly AI on price, live stream diarization accuracy, and includes emotional context per utterance, which others don't offer. What do you dislike about Modulate Platform?

As they are still in their rapid development phase, they do not have features like auto account top-up, which would allow me to better make sure I never run out of credits without regularly having to log in and check. Their live streaming API requires Cloudflare workers to work through the server. An API that streams transcriptions via server without exposing the API key via the client would be a nice upgrade and simplify secure streaming implementation. It took some work to get the streaming implemented without exposing the API key in the client as mentioned before. Overall not too hard, but could be simplified. What problems is Modulate Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Modulate Platform for accurate live transcription with emotional context, allowing me to provide instant clinical notes. It beats competitors on price and accuracy.
