What I like about MEC is that it has a combination of features that you would otherwise only find one or the other in other plugins. I especially love things like the map feature. They aspire to cover all bases and include all eventualities with their platform, and it improves in quality all the time. You can tell there is a dedicated team of developers behind this. Before I could add my own CSS, I found customer service to be very helpful in helping me get the aesthetic I wanted. It has many different options in how to implement the software, and many different additional features, although pricing can be a barrier depending on how many fancy extras you want. I would love to see some more in depth instructional videos on how to do full setup. MEC has a steep learning curve and while it does have documentation, more substantial video tutorials would be amazing. While there are a lot of creators making WP video tutorials, there aren't really any making good content about this program for some reason. Also please overhaul your feature request page, it's completely unusable, which is a shame because I think the dev team really pay attention to what clients would like to see implemented, but it's just so difficult as a user to access the feature request page fully.
