What do you like best about Modern Campus Involve?

Presence is a great system to get your students involved in different areas on campus. It looks organized and you can add so much information to it. Also, when creating events it is easy to copy an existing event to create a new one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Modern Campus Involve?

It is very slow with a short bandwidth. It's hard to continue to wait for it to load constantly. Also, students need to be trained to go to the website and it's currently not within our campus culture for them to do so. We are trying to retrain them. It unfortunately is no longer compatible with our university wide calendaring website, but in the past we were able to have events push through to a friendly facing calendar. Recommendations to others considering Modern Campus Involve:

Presence is becoming more mainstream in the university setting. It is a great tool if you migrate everything (events, checkin, forms) to Presence so it can all be done in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Modern Campus Involve solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is a great way for staff to enter information of who attended events. You can easily get demographic information so it's easy to create assessments afterwards. Lastly, it is a great way to market our events to a wider array of students. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
