The very best thing is the user interface. UI/UX are designed very simply, making it easy for even inexperienced users to find their way around. At the same time, Moco is very comprehensive in terms of features, which you might not think at first glance. The API is great, allowing us to work a lot with automation and data transfer to and from other tools. From lead and customer management, to order management and billing, and accounting preparation, everything an agency needs is included. We lack nothing in terms of services. What I particularly like is that there are often new updates and features. Weekly or even several times a week, there is news about new functions. The support via in-app chat is also reliable and has so far answered all our questions quickly. The performance is also fine. I find the pricing absolutely fair. Compared to the competition, you get a lot for under €25 per seat. We haven't been able to test the Moco MCP yet, as the current data protection regulations don't make it easy. But that's not Moco's fault, and we're working on a solution. However, I think it's great that Moco takes the topic of AI seriously, but doesn't just jump on the hype train, instead first calmly examining what makes sense. I would like to have more options to create my own reports in an editor. The pre-made reports are nice but somewhat scattered and not always what we need. I would also like to be able to filter faster in the lead view and see at a glance the leads that came in last. The most important pain point: I would like to handle planning and project times in our project management tool and then synchronize them with the Moco projects via API and corresponding logic. Unfortunately, the Moco browser plugin is not sufficient for our purposes. However, this is complaining at a high level. Overall, we are very satisfied. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
