"Fast, Passionate Support and a Clean, High-Performance Tool"

What do you like best about MOCO?

I very much like the very fast and passionate customer support. When you've got an idea for impromvements, they are very thankful for new ideas or other perspectives. The team feels like they are very passionate about their product and it shows. I like the overall clean design, look and feel of the software. No distractions, only performance and a powerful tool. Other agancy softwares feel designy and over-produced. But with MOCO you've got a product, that knows what its for - and does not hide behind fancy UIs. Integrations with e.g. Slack or ClickUp are super easy to set up and make the workday more efficient. This means that time entries from ClickUp can be automatically recorded in MOCO via the integration. There are little to no performance issues and maintenance work is announced in time. If there are issues anyway, support is here to fix it fast and reliable. They are testing new ways such as AI Integrations.

What do you dislike about MOCO?

At first, the design struck us as almost "too minimal," but it turned out that this ensures you really use MOCO only for its intended purpose, without getting distracted by the user interface. Working efficiently with it is genuinely fun. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MOCO solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before MOCO, we used different agency software that was difficult to navigate. MOCO simply has a super intuitive user interface, and the company stays very close to its customers (agencies). Whether it’s tracking work or project time, creating quotes, issuing invoices, requesting leave, or viewing colleagues' availability, MOCO handles it all.
