I like how the team takes time to explain technical decisions in a simple and practical way. It made it easier for me to understand what was going on without feeling confused. They were also very flexible when our priorities changed during the project. We had to adjust a few things along the way, and they handled it well without making it difficult. There were a few times where I wanted a bit more visibility into what was happening between updates.
