What do you like best about Mobbiz Platform?

The flexibility. A lot of tools are fine for straightforward approvals, but our operational processes can have multiple steps and different rules depending on the client or situation. Mobbiz gives us more control over those workflows without requiring custom development. We also like that it fits around the systems and tools we already use. What do you dislike about Mobbiz Platform?

Because Mobbiz is configured around each organisation’s processes, the initial mapping and design stage requires time and input from the team. Once the process is properly defined, however, that flexibility becomes one of the platform’s main strengths. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mobbiz Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Mobbiz to digitize and manage complex operational workflows involving multiple steps, checks, documents and handoffs, including some HR, payroll and compliance processes. We support multiple overseas clients, so our processes and requirements are not always identical. Mobbiz gave us a structured workflow around those existing systems. There is less reliance on manual follow-up, it is easier to see where something is in the process, and we can adjust the workflow for different client requirements without rebuilding everything inside one large system.
