What do you like best about Mobbiz Platform?

How customizable it is without needing us to build our own software. Our workflow is more complicated than moving tasks from “to do” to “done.” There are dependencies, different paths, recurring checks and several tools involved.<br><br>Mobbiz gives us a way to manage that complexity while keeping our existing AI and marketing tools. What do you dislike about Mobbiz Platform?

There is some upfront thinking required when the workflow is complex. You need to be clear about your stages, rules and exceptions before automating them. More templates for complex service-delivery workflows or pre-built modules than what they already have would make that first part easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mobbiz Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use a lot of different AI and research tools, but one of our bigger challenges was managing the process around them. A client engagement can go through LLM audits, prompt and competitor research, authority and citation work, implementation, and then ongoing performance monitoring.<br><br>Mobbiz helped us turn that into a more structured workflow. Instead of replacing the tools we already use, it manages the steps, rules and handoffs between them.
