What do you like best about MModal Fluency for Transcription?

Easy to use platform for transcriptionists. I especially like account specifics easily accessible. I like to be able to see past reports quickly. Compared to Nuance Emdat/Inscribe, Fluency is much more user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MModal Fluency for Transcription?

Sometimes the platform is limited in speed by the internet but that may be said of any applications on the net. The product could be better if it didn't have glitches like sometimes reverting back to original text rather than edited text during the upload process. This can make quality go below the required and the Transcriptionist will be blamed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MModal Fluency for Transcription solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am a medical transcriptionist. By being accurate and working in a timely fashion I make sure Turn Around Time is met. By being able to easily look at past reports my quality and production are very good using this platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
