What do you like best about Mitratech Perform?

The Trakstar platform has improved the organization of our evaluation processes. We've seen a substantial increase in on-time completion of reviews, and stakeholders have all expressed satisfaction with the platform. Customer support is very responsive. What do you dislike about Mitratech Perform?

The downside to a highly customizable platform is that there are so many options. It can be a bit overwhelming as you try to navigate the many settings and options to tailor the solution to your organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mitratech Perform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Trakstar, we had been using a Google Form to submit peer reviews and self-assessments. The output came in an Excel file, which was difficult for managers to use. The Trakstar reviews are nicely organized with the questions, the employee's rating, and peer ratings neatly organized and easy to digest. As a result, the amount of time that managers have to spend on the reviews is meaningfully reduced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
