I like how Mitratech Perform simplifies the evaluation process. I can customize review forms so employees only fill out what’s necessary, choose the objectives that matter to us, and set our own rating scales. I can quickly prepare forms using its criteria, notify employees about what they need to complete, and track the whole process from an administrator dashboard. I can tailor the process to our needs, which works well for our small company because it isn’t overly complex. It was also very easy to add employees, set the process dates, and customize the forms. I struggled to add an employee in the middle of a review process. It seemed to automatically put them in the next review cycle, so we had to create an ad-hoc review.
