What do you like best about Mitratech INSZoom?

INSZoom offers infinite possibilities and tools to make an attorney's life easier, including online filing for consular processing, which is a time saver since the CEAC website is always crashing when one's filling out the DS-160 or DS-260 online. In addition, there are many different ways to find the same tool/page, which makes navigating through it easy and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mitratech INSZoom?

The number of options can be overwhelming. Sometimes I am not sure where to find specific tools or pages. Another thing is that if you edit a form, it does not update the info in the profile, only the other way around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mitratech INSZoom solving and how is that benefiting you?

INSZoom saves time because once the client fills out a questionnaire, all forms are populated equally, which means less work for the attorney. In combination, we can see everything that has been done for that client: e-mails sent, notes of consultation, etc.; therefore, no matter who takes the client over, that person will know exactly where the case was left off.
