I’ve never experienced such an outdated, unresponsive, and dysfunctional system. INSZoom’s platform is slow, difficult to navigate, and clearly not keeping up with modern standards. On top of that, their “data migration” fees are astronomical, completely disproportionate to the actual value.

They claim to provide basic client data, yet make it nearly impossible to access without paying an excessive fee. The service is not transparent, not user-friendly, and feels designed to extract money rather than genuinely support customers.

For the cost we’ve paid, equivalent to months of software access, we could have had proper functioning alternatives. To make matters worse, their timeline to deliver requested data (four weeks!) is absurd.

I cannot recommend INSZoom under any circumstances. This experience has been frustrating, costly, and unprofessional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Focusing on the product first, it works but the product is cumbersome, slow, and seriously lacking in UX/UI that would simplify and enhance the experience. There are other providers who can do what they do for way less of a headache and more affordable.

My main complaints surround the pricing and the customer service experience. Sitting with our POC from INSZoom in different meetings, I have never felt such indignant condescension from someone who's paid to manage clients. It seriously felt as if we were simply inconveniencing this POC just by asking qualified questions. We are being told by INSZoom that they need to increase our rate 10% YoY to justify product enhancements that aren't even planned on their roadmap. This is happening in 3- and 5-year contracts, which is absolutely absurd. We asked our POC to ask if there was any flexibility but the POC tried to strongarm us (while reading a script) into making snap decisions on renewal.

INSZoom is intentionally opaque and shows a cavalier disregard for consumer intelligence. This will be evidently clear in any conversation with them post-close. I have never had a conversation with a SaaS company that shows such disrespect as INSZoom does.

Also, INSZoom's entire product, development, and support teams are based in India. You will have to deal with the timezone and cultural differences.

INSZoom offers infinite possibilities and tools to make an attorney's life easier, including online filing for consular processing, which is a time saver since the CEAC website is always crashing when one's filling out the DS-160 or DS-260 online. In addition, there are many different ways to find the same tool/page, which makes navigating through it easy and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The number of options can be overwhelming. Sometimes I am not sure where to find specific tools or pages. Another thing is that if you edit a form, it does not update the info in the profile, only the other way around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that it centralizes the updated immigration forms for more than 80 countries, plus this software also tracks and manages the cases from inception to completion and much more, I believe and consider it as one of the best if not the best software for immigration management globally.
