I like that Mitratech AssureHire integrates with our ATS, Greenhouse. It makes moving candidates into background checks a smooth transition, and I can manage most of it directly from the ATS without having to keep logging in separately. I especially love getting updates on the progress of background checks. The results are clear and easy to read, and the initial setup was pretty seamless, very quick and easy. I’d love to see a clearer reference guide or dictionary for background checks marked “consider.” When a check isn’t complete and clear but has something worth considering, it can be unclear what the codes mean or what I need to consider. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
