I really like the integration between Mitratech AssureHire and our Paycor systems. It makes sending background checks easy because we're not required to log in each time to a separate platform. Once an offer letter is signed, we can send background checks directly through Paycor Recruit in each candidate's portal. It simplifies the process and makes it seamless. The pricing is also quite reasonable, and the relationships I've built with our assigned reps have been beneficial. The contact support team is responsive when we need help. I have some issues with the verification process for employment and education checks as part of our background check packages. For leadership positions, there tends to be delays in documents being submitted and cleared. It appears Mitratech AssureHire often has to follow up with our hires repeatedly to retrieve education and employment documents. This seems to slow down the process and might feel less detailed or thorough from a candidate's perspective, possibly because Mitratech AssureHire's notifications aren't clear on what needs to be completed to submit documents correctly.
